Painting Ist coat over priming coat (but excluding cost of priming coat) on steel and other metal surfaces upto 10cm width or grith or small articles not exceeding 0.10 sqm. In area with supirior synthetic enamel such as Luxol specified brushing to give and even shade and including the cleaning the surface of all dirt, duct and other foreingn material sand papering and scrapping incl. cost of all material labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of work.Extra over item 2 and 2(a) above but
