Providing of Double Suspension Fittings complete set with discs ( 90 KN, 22 discs with 11 discs per string ) for panther shall have minimum failing load of 100% ultimate strength of Bundle cnductors The ball and socket designation must be 20mm.

Providing of Mid span joints suitable for 0.2 ACSR Panther

Providing of Repair Sleeves suitable for 0.2 ACSR Panther

Stringing of Conductor including laying/ replacement of fittings etc

Anchoring of towers as per site requirment including excavation / providing and fixing of guy wires / dismantling arrangments etc complete job including carriage of all T&P required to work site. (T&P to be provided by the contractor.)

Replacment of conductor for circuit 1st only between Tower Loation 5 - 8

Laying of new 0.2 Panther conductor b/w Tower location 5-8 including loading / unloading of conductor and carriage ( both mechanical and manual ) upto work site from material stacking site, complete job.

Stringing of new 0.2 Panther conductor b/w Tower location 5-8 including errection of insulator strings / fittings on towers , making of compression joints / Repair sleeves , midspan joints etc including cariage of all material ( mechanical/ manual ) upto work site from material stacking site, complete job

Destringing of existing conductor and restringing with the same conductor b/w Tower location 5-8 ( 2nd circuit ) and b/w 8-9 ( both circuits)after changing fittings from single tension to double tension including errection of new insulator strings / fittings on towers , making of compression joints / Repair sleeves , midspan joints etc including cariage of all material ( mechanical/ manual ) complete job.

Erection of jumpers at tension towers with auxillary jumpering

Destringing of existing conductor of circuit 1st b/w Tower locations 5 - 8 and Rolling of old conductor and shifting back to divisional store including shifting back of old fittings to divisonal store
