Providing two coats of acrylic water based wall putty/ wall filler of Asian Paints/ Berger/ Dulux over concrete/ cement plaster/ brick walls and ceilings both internal and external after removing all the loosely adhering material from the wall/ ceiling surface with the help of emery stone, putty blade or wire brush, moistening the wall with the help of sufficient quantity of clear water as specified and directed by the department.

Wall painting (two coats) with acrylic emulsion paint approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) on new surface to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth. Acrylic Emulsion Paint approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac)

Applying one coat of alkali resistance primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface after throughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

LOW HEIGHT PARTITION WITH BOTH SIDES LAMINATE FINISH Supplying and erecting low height wooden frame partitions as per drawing and conforming to the following specifications: Basic Frame Work: Well seasoned wood sections, treated with two coats of wood preservatives, 50 mm wide x 50 mm (minimum) at maximum 600 mm x 600 mm horizontal or vertical spacings as per site conditions. 12mm thick Century ply board on each face. GLASS PARTITION Supplying and erecting 12mm thick toughened glass on half wooden partitions with pasting of etching paper as per drawing and direction given by the engineer in charge. The glass is provided in between half wooden partition includes fitting, cutting making all good , all complete. Finishing: 1mm thick laminate of same or combination shades provided on both faces, with grooves formed as per drawings up to a height of 1500mm from floor level. Quoted rates shall include all necessary materials, accessories and labour and also allow provisions for electrical/ telephone/ computer wiring conduits and switch boxes, etc. ( Materials for wiring conduits and switch boxes shall be seperately paid )

TABLE FOR CABIN Providing and Supplying in position table for cabin of size 1200X600mm with side cabinet of size 900 X 350mm and back unit of size 1200x450mm attached to the table of height 750mm made of 19mm thick both side commercial block board of approved make with shelves, sliding key board, drawers etc. The table finished with 1mm thick matt finish laminate on all exposed surfaces and innner side of the table finished with 0.8mm thick laminate of approved make,including all necessary hardware fittings like CP brass locks, knobs, S.S. handles, concelled hinges adequte no. of nylon bruss, roller or channel for key board and drawer etc. of approved quality and make. All items shall be carried out as per drawings and direction given by the engineer-in-charge.

FULL HEIGHT PARTITION WITH BOTH SIDES LAMINATE FINISH FOR COUNSELLING ROOM Supplying and erecting full height wooden frame partitions upto lintel level as per drawing and conforming to the following specifications: Basic Frame Work: Well seasoned wood sections, treated with two coats of wood preservatives, 50 mm wide x 50 mm (minimum) at maximum 700 mm x 700 mm horizontal or vertical spacings as per site conditions. 12mm thick Century ply board on each face ACOUSTIC TREATMENT Supplying, fitting and fixing 25mm thick SoundSmooth MB Primer(NSS Primer) with glass wool including all fixtures and fittings GLASS PARTITION Supplying and erecting double layered 8mm thick toughened glass on full wooden partitions with pasting of etching paper as per drawing and direction given by the engineer in charge. The glass is provided on top of full wooden partition and includes fitting, cutting making all good , all complete. Finishing: 1mm thick laminate of same or combination shades provided on both faces, with grooves formed as per drawings up to a height of 2100mm from floor level.
