Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Polished Granite stone slab jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.

Providing and laying matt finished vitrified tile of size 300x300x9.8mm having with water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades in for outdoor floors such as footpath, court yard, multi modals location etc., laid on 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing two coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer over new surface including preparing plastered syrface bv rubbing smooth with pumice stone or fine sand paper, applying putty wherever required, sacffolding washing of floors and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I,

Water proofrng for Old and New Roof Slab :- Providing and laying waterprooflng treatment on roof slab by applying two Component, factory a designed ready to use, acrylic modified flexible,material applied with brush, roller or spray for wate proofing coating as per manufacturer specificatio With following steps :-

(a)surface preparation :-Providing and cleaning of concrete surface to remove dust, oil, grease including removal of existing loose paint/ coating, and cement laitance by cleaning with compressed air & water jet including all materials, labour, tools complete. Ponding test to be done after plugging all outlets and to be checked from soffit to identify seepage, leakage. On identification of seepage, cement grouting to be done with non shrink expanding admixture of Sika lndia Pvt.Ltd. / MYK Schomberg / Dr Fixit / Fosroc or equivalent. Providing and reparing of all corners and joints such as those between the parapet wall and the roof slab etc shall be chamfered with 150mm X 150 mm fillet of mortar (Cement: sand - 1:4) admixed with acrylic polymer of Sika/ Fosroc / MYK Schomberg/Dr Fixit or equivalent. Before chamfering a prime coat shall be given with the slurry acrylic polymer. Repairing surface irregularities, damaged concrete in base slab, dead cracks if any, with an acrylic polymer modified repair mortar including a coat of bonding agent of the same with cement slurry including all material, labour, tools complete.

(b)1st Coat :- Apply 1st coat of two component acrylic modified, ready to use, llexrble cementitious material on surface saturated dry roof and inside wall of Parapet wall upto 600 mm by brush or roller. After 1st coat of application ,45 gsm oI Fibre glass cloth to lay when the first layer is still green. 1st coat should be applied @1.50 kg/Sqm/coat. (For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured.)

(c) 2nd Coat :-To apply the 2nd coat of two component acrylic modified, ready to use, flexible cementitious material right angle to the 1st coat over the glass fibre laid surface. 2nd coat should be applied @0.7 kg/Sqmt/coat. (For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be rneasured.) After three days of drying the 2nd coat, the rainwater outlets to be plugged and ponding test to be done for 48 hours to identify seepage, leakage from soffit and if found necessary rectification to be done as per satisfaction of E/C. The Waterprrofing coating to be protected from damage before screed over it. Water proofing Brand:- Sika Topseal 109hi / Fosroc Brushbond RFX/ Dr Fixit Pidiffin 2K / MYK Aqrafin TG, Product Performance - Chemical Base Part A: Acrylic copolmer; Part B: Specially graded cementitious powder - Density 1.6 kg/l (mixed density) at +27°C. Tensile Strength ~ 2 N/mm² after 28 clays (with Fibre cloth) (According to ASTM D 2370) (Pullout Bond Strength ~2N/mm² (concrete failure) (According to ISO 4624) Slant-Shear Bond Strength ~4 N/mm² (According to FIP 5.15) Elongation at Break ~35% without Fibre Cloth and 20% wilh Fibre Cloth (Accordrng to ASTM D 2370)

(d) Protection of treated surface with PCC- The treated surface should be covered with 25mm/50mm PCC of M-20 grade(1:1.5:3) with proper slope (1:120) towards the rain outlets in alternate panels of 2 mt x 2mt keeping 6 mm gap between the panel joint. lntegral water proofing admixture conforming to lS 2645 @ of 100 ml per bag of cement to be added in the screed concrete (paid separately for thts ltems). All corners shall be chamfered with 150mm X 150 mm fillet. The rainwater outlets shall be just leveled with the screed concrete to ensure smooth discharge of water - the peripheral gaps between pvc pipe outlet and concrete surface should be packed properly with rich concrete and the peripheral mouth to be sealed with moisture insensitive epoxy putty of Sika lndia Pvt.Ltd. / MYK Schomberg / Dr Fixit /Fosroc. (For the purpose ofrreasurement the entire treated surface will be measured.)

Provision of all type of Equipments cost (Cisco Router 1706 Series) including connection , commissioning and testing shall be also in the scope of Contractor.

Along with the assigned scope of work for Data networking following things has to be considered by the contractor:-

Installation, commissioning and testing for Passive Components.

Installation, commissioning, testing and submission of Active Components Activation Report with Networking Live/Active Installation along with submission of SLD.

Contractor will take full responsibility of Project supervision, Monitoring, testing, commissioning and submission of Penta Scanning Report for the given Nodes as mentioned in the BOQ for Data Networking.

Data networking- Data out let to wall mounted Rack shall be with CAT-6 Cable and Rack to Patch Panel - CAT-6 Cable.

For Data Networking any deviation is not permissible unless and other wise permission granted by the consultant.

Cotractor shall prepare all shop drawings regarding VOICE & DATA NET WORKING SYSTEM of 100 Bedded Sadar Hospital at Ramgarh, for the approval of Achitect or Consultant.

Contractor should be either and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or Contarctor should attached an authorisation letter from the OEM specific to the attached specifications and addressed to department / Architect /Consultant .

For Voice & DATA Net Working System the contractor to quote and supply currently available equipments as per the tender specifications or better/higher than the tender specifications (with declaration from OEM regarding roll over model if current model is end of sale) and should ensure that without changing the solution functionality and without chnaging in above prices.

Main LT PANEL

Supplying, designing, manufacturing, installation, testing and commissioning in correct alignment position, effecting proper connection of all incomer and outgoing of Main LT Panel of 14 SWG CRCA sheet (2 mm) steel IP – 43 floor mounting with Base Channel size - 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm with a proper lifting arrangement.

The cubical type LT Panel should be suitable for operation on 415V, 50Hz, 3 Ph. AC supply and fault level 65 KA with front operated construction including separate fabrication arrangement for fixing all MCCB. The sheet steel under go minimum 8 tanks treatment followed by finishing powder coating of minimum 60 micron thickness duly compartmentalized having accessories mounted inside the cubical panel, earthing with 2 Nos. earth studs. The Panel shall undergo epoxy powder coated paint, colour RAL 7035

The panel shall be provided with a thermostatically controlled heating arrangement with 1 No. 10W LED Lamp /15W CFL Light to take care of high humidity conditions. A 15A socket as service outlet (single phase) shall be provided in one of the compartments as service outlet in the panel. Panel shall be so designed as to have minimum 10% spare feeders/space. . All cable terminations shall be from bottom/ top. The complete panel shall be fuse less type, for control circuits 2A MCB's to be used.

All openings shall be covered by soft rubber gasket, enclosure shall be galvanized. Panel shall have suitable cable entry from bottom and suitable arrangement for multi runs aluminum cables for all M.C.C.B.

The Panel Builder must be CPRI approved. Panel builder must produce test certificate for Type Tested & Short Ckt withstand capacity as per IEC-60439-II from CPRI during tendering and during inspection, panel builder must carry above test certificates.

AL. BUS BAR

Bus bar shall be suitable for 500A, 415V/50Cys /36KA TPN busbar chamber of suitable length with (E91EWP) Eletrolytic Aluminum busbars. All busbars and interconnections shall be of suitable size Aluminum busbar, current density of Aluminum shall not be more than 0.8 Amps/sq.mm cross sectional area of Bus Bar with removel gland plates, cable glands, at sending and receiving ends. In Main LT Panel interconnection of MCCB with the main Bus -bar shall be with suitable Al. Bars up to 100A but below 100A all inter connections shall be made with 2.5, 4 , 6 and 10 Sq mm PVC Cu. wire. The Aluminium bus bar shall be with heat shrinkable PVC Slived Red,Yellow,Blue & Black as (RYB & N ) after temperature and incloser derating maximum allowable temp.of bus bar shall be 90 degree C.

The Aluminium bus bar shall be with heat shrinkable PVC Slived Red,Yellow,Blue & Black as (RYB & N ) after temperature and incloser derating maximum allowable temp.of bus bar shall be 90 degree C

Panel Size - As per Drawing and shall be provided at the time of work order.

SLD of above APFCR Panel shall be provided by the contractor for approval from Consultant (Elec.) on the basis of SLD provided to contractor.

Based on approved SLD, the contractor will provide the GA drawing of APFCR Panel.

The Name Plate for each feeder must be in Anodized Aluminium Sheet.

Panel builder must be CPRI approved and must have certificate of IP 43 & IP-55.

Foundation work (making a 6" Thk RCC Platform plinth 4'(H) above ground level X 6' (W) X 6' (L) on 10"X10" RCC colunms and all the colunms shall be covered by 250 mm brick wall and then compressed earth filling) along with required size & length of MS channels as per the norms of 200 KVA Outdoor Transformer with all accessories as per IS:1180 air filled cable box and accessories as per General Specifications of 200KVA out Door Transformer and should have suitable for 11KV 1 Run, 3 Core 70 Sq mm XLPE Al. Ar. Cable and LV termination box shall have suitable arrangement for 1.1 KV, 1Run, 3.5 Core, 300 Sq. mm XLPE Al. Ar. Cable etc as required. The copper loss and Iron loss shall be as per the Level 2 rating out Door Transformer. (Make:- Voltamp Transformer Ltd- Barodra / Esennar Transformer PVt.LTD, Hydrabad/ Kirloskar / Crompton .)

Note:- Technical specification of above OCTC Outdoor Type Transformer shall be provided at the time of work order.

Apart- from the above standard fittings followings items should be included:-

1. Oil Temperature indicator with One Set of Contacts.

2. Winding Temperature indicator with One Set of Contacts.

3. Marshalling Box with complete wiring.

4. Magnetic Oil Level Gauge with Contacts.

5. Bucholtz's Relay with set of Contacts and Shut off Valve.

Tests: - Routine test as per IS: 2026

Type Test: - Type test shall be conducted, if there is any charge then mention in the price bid.

Test Certificate: - Two Copies of test routine certificates have to be submitted along with the OCTC Transformer.

(This RCC/PCC foundation for Oil Type Outdoor Transformer shall be as per the structural detail for Dynamic Load submitted by the Vendor and approved by the Consultant)

Supply, fitting, fixing, installation and commissioning of 3.7KW / 5HP / 3Ph / 414V / 2950RPM electric motor with pump complete set monoblock type along with base channel and civil foundation work, suction - 3" and delivery - 2.5" excluding delivery and suction pipe, including nut bolts, washer & required size & length of Channel to be installed at pump house for lifting water from sump to over head tank. (the cost of Plumbing fittings are not included.) (Make:- Kirloskar Model NO. KDS-527- 3" & 21/2") / Crompton / G.E.C.)

SAFTY ITEMS

Supply and laying of 1000 mm x 600 mm x 12 mm thick chequered Rubber Matting of tested quality to with stand 15KV dielectric strenght as per IS:5424 complete in all respects.

Supply of one pair 440V grade Rubber Hands Gloves. As per IS:4770.

Supply of tool kit with 1 pair 11 KV rubber hand gloves of approved make, as per IS:4770.

Supply of First Aid Box with all necessary materials and medicine as approved by Indian Red Cross / St. John's conforming to IS:2217.

Supply and fixing of Shock Treatment Chart with glass in Aluminium frame and to be fixed on wall in Hindi and English.

Supply and fixing position the approved single line diagram framed in 1000 x 800 mm size glass frame and installed in main switch room.

Fire Extinguisher:-Supplying, commissioning and fixing of Carbon dioxide (Co2) type fire extinguisher of 4.5 Kg. Capacity duly charged confirming to IS: 2828. Make:- Minimax,Real value/Firex/Deflame.

Supplying and Fixing 3 Nos. 9 Ltr capacity G.I. buckets duly painted white inside and red oxide paint out side and written 'FIRE' with white paint and filled with dry sand and mounted on MS angle iron bracket of size 50x50x6mm thick and 1200mm long including grouting in wall/floor etc. as required confirming to IS:2546-1974.

Providing, fitting, fixing, fabricating, erecting of MS angle of section 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm size for PCC trench to make support for MS iron plate to be fixed on every after 300 mm in PCC trench.

Providing, fitting, fixing, fabricating, erecting of MS Plate of 12 mm thick for covering PCC cable trench on the support of iron angle each piece of MS plate shall be 600 mm (L) x 800 mm (W). (To cover the PCC trench in electrical panel room)

Supply, fitting, fixing and testing of Terminal box (10''x8''x4") made of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet Steel powder coated having locking arragement and rubber gasket etc as required with following acessories and Zebra colour painting up to planting height spike earthing the 9 Mtr. steel tubular with 6 No. (Hot Dip) G.I. wire as shown in the Drawing. 2 Nos. Brass 4 studs 32A Backelite Connector (1 No. for incomer and 2nd for outgoing cable), 1 no. 2A SP MCB, and wiring the same with 2x1.5 + 1x1.5 FRLS PVC copper wire in 25 mm Rigid PVC Pipe and along with all accessories as per Steel Tubular Pole errection drawing provided and as per the direction of E/I or consultant.
