Picking the existing surface to 50mm to 100mm thick including labour and hire charges for picking tools and plants and all other incidental charges etc complete as per standard specifications.

Providing laying and compacting red gravel in accordance with requirements of the specification materials shall be in one or more layers as necessary including watering, consolidating by the power roller rolling and all labour charges for soiling including hire charges for consolidation etc. complete.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying PRIME COAT over the WMM surface using 7.00 Kg of Bituminous Emulsion SS I for 10 sqm. Including cost of bituminous emulsion which will be supplied by the department at section stores and its cost will be recovered as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying tack coat and for applying required quantity of bituminous emulsion by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed etc., complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification.

Providing and laying TACK COAT over the WMM surface (treated with primer) using 2.50 Kg of Bituminous Emulsion RS I . Including cost of bituminous emulsion which will be supplied by the department at section stores and its cost will be recovered as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying tack coat and for applying required quantity of bituminous emulsion by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed etc., complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification.

Providing and laying open graded premix carpet of 20mm compacted thick using 0.18 cum of 13.20mm IRC size HBG machine crushed chips and 0.09 cum of 11.20mm IRC HBG machine crushed chips with 14.6 kg of bitumen for 10 sqm of premix carpet including laying of seal coat type A over the premix carpet using 0.09 cum of 6.7 mm IRC size HBG machine crushed chips with 9.8 kg of 60/70 grade bitumen per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of chips and stacking them to departmental gauge for premeasurements including cost of bitumen which will be supplied by the department at departmental section stores and its cost will be recovered as per special condition appended including spreading the same and finishing and compacting the same by power rolling to the specified lines and grades including all labour charges application of bitumen for seal coat over the premix carpet and spreading the seal coat and power rolling seperately as per MOST specification 509 and 513 (III revision) including all labour charges hire and fuel charges for mini hot mix plant power roller 80-100 KN capacity and all incidental charges etc., complete. (Using Paver Finisher & Power Roller)
