Material and labour for painting to CI distribution pipes, rising main supply line, over flow, MS channel/railing and waste pipe with two coats of super synthetic enamalled paint at water supply installation with pumping set pipes and OHT reservoir tank incoming, outgoing and over flow pipe with different colours, complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for taking out the existing defective 20HP 3 phase motor with submersible pumping set alongwith column pipe of any lowering from existing position after disconnecting the electric and water supply connection and strip opening the pumping set motor complete and taking out burnt winding from motor, rewinding the same with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge, varnishing, heating including insulation material and replacement of worn insulation paper, realignment of rotor, adjustment of slots, re-assembling the motor complete after repairing including lowering, fixed in position and connecting the electric cable and connection and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The quoted rate shall be deemed to include charges taking up/lowering pumping set, transportation, hiring of T&P, testing and electric connection and material used for jointing the cable complete.

Material and labour for cleaning of waste soil and vegetation etc from the valve pits of any size, cleaning of sluice valves/NRV 80 to 150mm dia size and filling gland dori to stop leakage in sluice valve/NRV as required and applying one coat of cement base paint to inside of the walls of valve pit and painting the valve as per existing paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dewatering/de-silting including cleaning with wire brushes bottom and side walls to the external surfaces is clearly visible and all deposits etc removed including material and labour for one coat of thick cement wash with cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm to achieve the finish with distempering brush for Static water tank (SWT) of capacity 28000 to 35000 Gallons and removal of sludge/silt to a distance exc 500mtr and depositing where directed, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
