Attending of day to day maintenance LED street/security/Gate light/Post top lantern/High mast light fixed at up to 16 mtr height of any make complaints received through telephone or in person and reactification of defects installed on street light poles 9/11 mtr long, building walls, roof by bringing down the fittings on grond or in position including replacement of LED lights, Driver, flexible wire, reflector etc including cleaning of glass/acrylic cover for clear reflection of light, replacement of old unserviceable street light fittings with new fittings etc as required to make the light fitting functional Vehicle, ladder, tools and takes as required at site for repair/for making light fittings functional shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost and arrangement. Note : (i) Light fitting, cable, flexible wire and LED drive if required to be replaced in repair shall be measured and paid separetely under relevant item of this BOQ for supply and fixing in replacement. (ii) contractor manpower should be daily recieve a complaints at complaint cell at 9.00 AM by JE E/M and report after completion of complaints and handover a complaint slip as record of complaints with user signature.(iii) Old retrived material shall be deposited in AGE E/M yard and will be given to contractor after completion of contract. (vi) . Quantity of material by contractor shall be decided by Engineer in charge based on requirement. Note: Recovery @ 120/- per hour of the complaints is not being attended within six hours from intimation by rep of E/M subdivision through or telephonic/digital/ written complaints.

Taking down old unserviceable any type of LED light fitting with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED decorative Bollard garden lights suitable for not less than 10 Watt IP65 10 watt in inverted pyramid tropod type LED Bollard with soft 360 light, resistant to corrosion with better optic for uniform distribution complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Havells/ Philips/Bajaj.

Supply & install steel tubular pole 4 meters long for post top light complete with CI base plate and finial including PCC work for the foundation of pole, including necessary form work and fare finish to exposed surfaces without using extra cement etc. Complete all as specified.

Supply, fixing and installation of Octagonal poles. Supply and install hot dip galvanized steel (IS 5986 Gr. Fe 510) Octagonal pole 7.0 mtr long, top top die 70 mm botom dia 130 mm having thickness 3 mm having door operating of size 500 mm above ground level with CI Base plate of size 240x240x16mm having PCD 220 mm foundation J bolts M20 x 70 mm (530 + 130 of J) nuts and screwes and having hot dip galvanized double plain arm bracket 1000 mm overhang on both side with 48.3 mm outer dia pipe of thickness 3.2 mm fixed on top with bolts and necessary earth work RCC/PCC work for the foundation of pole, including necessary form work and fare finish to exposed surfaces without using extra cement etc. Complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing street light fitting bracket, 1.5 metre long made out of galvanized iron pipe of 40 mm dia pipe of thickness 3.2 mm fixed on top with bolts of Octagonal poles dia size light grade complete with nut, bolts, washer etc inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of silver paint complete all as specified and directed. for hot dip galvanized double plain arm bracket 1000 mm over hang on both side with 48.3 mm outer Complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-22 9.0 metres long, complete all as sepcified and directed.

Taking down existing decorative LED post top lantern/ Bollard garden lights and re fixing the sama after repair of foundation, complete all as sepcified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for fdn of poles, stay foundation of post top/ Bollard light fittings etc.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 20mm graded for padestal coping incl necessary formwork finished fair using extra cement.

Supply & Fix junction box factory made weather proof size 250mmx200mmx100mm made of 16 gaugesteel sheet powder coated inculded 25mmx6mm aluminium TPN bus bars & 01 MCB 10 Amps for controlled one No's of LED Lights complete all as specifed & directred

Supply and fixing in replacement 1100 volt grade heavy duty cable 3 core 1.50 Sqmm PVC insulated copper stranded conductor passing through in 20 mm PVC pipe of cable size size 1.50 Sqmm for connection pupose of street light fitting from DB to street light fitting, Rate of PVC pipe shall be included in quoted rate by contractor complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable underground cable from trenches/ floors/road/wall /pipe/ pole LT cable of any size/ description.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing under ground XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 vols grade cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core laid in trences, in floor, in duct, through pipes or along the pole including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

All As per item No 14 but cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 core.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth for foundation of poles/ stays/ laying of cables etc and getting out including trimming of sides of trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling the soft / loose soil including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to under ground cable with a layer of sand 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick protection using old size sub class ‘B’ bricks, laid flat, dry adjacent to each other laid length wise perpendicular to the axis of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of Steel tubler Street light poles and applying two coats of synthetic Aluminium paint from top to botom including Light breakets complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for cutting/pruning of tree branches 1.5 mtr all around the LT overhead lines of span n.exc 70 mtr and around the pole obstruction the overhead line & removing the branches to distance n.exc 50 mtr to be the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge,

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized iron or steel or steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6.3mm thick buried directly in ground, vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at depth of not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level surrounded from all sides with alternate layers of charcoal and common salt and connected to GI Strip of size 32x6 mm by means of GI bolts, nuts washers & check nuts electrode connected to main switch board or main control board or on poles or on transformer and GI pipe light grade 20 mm bore for watering including providing funnel and wire mesh GI frame and 10 cm thick suitably reinforced RCC pit cover PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates complete including excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as specified and shown in plate No 5 of SRR-1991 Part-1 .

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick surrounded with charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth wire protected by galvanized iron 15 mm dia light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel etc complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Time light distribution board analog Time switch 230 volt three phase of 16 Amps rating with contactor fixed inside steel enclosure box and fixed to pole/LT Panel including clamps, nuts, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.
