Material and labour for Post construction anti-termite treatment of voids in masonary using chemical emulsion one litre per hole, at 300mm intervals (300mm deep at Ground Floors & 150mm deep at First Floors) including driling holes at 45 degree and replugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : For measurement and payment purpose sqm qty will be derived by qty in running meter multiplied BY 0.30.

(Note : stainless steel butt hinges shall be paid separately)

Supply and fixing Factory made fully glazed/wire gauge (single piece Both side) PVC prelam door shutter 33-35 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of mild steel tubes of size 19mm x 19 mm (19 gauge) for top and bottom rails and 19mm x 19 mm (19 gauge) in styles.Single Pieces plain coloured PVC sheets 5mm thick to be used to cover styles and rails.PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles & plain coloured PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottem rail.Panel will be wire gauges and tighten firmly and fitted as per manufactures instructions including Stainless steel wire cloth, 0.25 mm to 0.36mm nominal dia of wire & average width of aperture 1.40mm to 2mm and Aluminum XPM in rhombus shape, in one Piece from top rail to bottom rail all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge. Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubish of the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour\ for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over screed bed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Work to be carried out in small patches at newly fitted door chowkhats.
