S&F 5mm thick polycarbonate sheet panel, suitable for fixing stickers in one side for various types of Sign board in Air Field area of any size as in repairs/replacement and for new sign boards complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for HIP (Reflective) stickers in repairs and replacement of various size and shape on different types of sign boards of Air field area using 3M ™ High Intensity Grade Prismatic Reflective sheeting 3930 to 3937 series of approved colour fixing with pressure sensitive adhesive for unique construction providing high levels of retro reflectivity for multiple traffic situations providing long term reflectivity and durability complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for AV 450 series colour vinyl stickers, as in repairs and replacement of various size and shape sign boards as writing numerical, alphabets, border and arrow etc. of Air field area all as specified and directed.

S&F of CPVC Pipe of 5 mm thick and 50 mm bore to Polycarbonate sheet panel and Aluminium sections/angles of various sizes as in support /stay for Sign boards etc. all as specified and directed.

Providing Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry, Type C1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in mortar complete set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or masonry surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description (reinforced) and in any position not otherwise specifically provided (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete nominal mix Type B1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping/kerbs including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT mild steel bars 10mm Dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm Dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for approved red earth filling in Shoulders of flight strips duly cleared the grass and vegetation growth and laying of earth in layers n exc 25cm thick spread, levelled and rammed and rolled with 8-10 Tonnes Road Roller including watering in the required compaction level and gradient/slope all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors etc and refixing the same as in landings, cover stones, templates, etc. n exc. 2m in length, punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on other side including relaying in proper slope with edges of the flight strips including jointing with cement mortar, set and pointed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Clearing and cleaning of sides/bottom of the existing drains/nallahs and berms of drains, any description and in any position, by cutting all bushes, shrubs, weeds and any other types of vegetations and trees girth upto 30 cm and trimming the earth surface to make good side cuts/surface soil depression, removing and disposal of the waste retrieved from site clearance to make free and smooth flow of water and to get a uniform slope complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The rate quoted is included for removal and replace the slab cover after cleaning/repair where ever required.

S&F Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe.290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rates including cutting of concrete holes and fixing by using cement concrete.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width of girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base to floor /path complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in pavement /path finished even & fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade 'B' complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of previously untreated surface exceeding 10 cm width or girth of pavement/road surface and Paint Marking for Runway & Taxiway on old Surface with Acrylic Water based Road Marking Paint of approved brand to give a even shade on bitumen and concrete. One or more quotes on a old work over and under coat of suitable Shade (Airfield Marking by Road paint with IS: 164 of approved class) white or golden yellow or any tint water based exceeding 10 cm width complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Painting shall be done by runway painting machine)

M&L for preparation of old concrete surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint of approved tint or colour over 10 cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth like control huts and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (use colour red and white) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Removal of paint deposits from runway surface using Waterblasting cum vacuuming system with suitable operating pressure so that the total paint deposits are removed from runway both (rigid and flexible) surfaces by the method of water blasting cum vacuuming system with suitable water pressure without use of any chemical & no damage to the existing surface complete all as specified and directed. (i) The work shall be carried out through authorized & qualified applicator. (ii) Total paint should be removed and the Debris / Water to be vacuumed simultaneously leaving No FOD so that the Runway is available for operation immediately. (iii) The Machine make to be deployed for Runway painting Removal should have E-In-C approval eg SH8000, SH5000, Sk3000. (iv) Paint removal Debris should be in solid form when finally disposed. (v) In any emergency condition the machine should exit from the runway in less than 2 mins without leaving FOD. Note: For Ser No 21 to 24: (a) Wearing of flourescent waist jacket is mandatory for all the workers while working in the Air field. The quoted rates shall be deemed to be included for the above provisions. (b) Precaution has to be taken to avoid spilling of paint over existing painted surfaces even after if emulsion spills over painted surfaces it has to be removed immediately to enable the proper subsequent coating of paint.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for stay and coping for poles including necessary form work to exposed surface finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair CI Box cover Plate of size 350mm Dia 10mm thick on existing CI Box including removing existing unserviceable cover complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation in repair of cast iron isolating Transformer housing box, fixed in the NLB area, water tight round type metal container of out side size 330 mm Dia height 450mm made of 10mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface which is 15 mm thick, cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and under ground housing associated with transformer. Power cable having two holes opposite as per site requirement at the periphery, centre 75mm above bottom surface suitable to receive 50mm Dia HDPE as required. The box should have two SS earth bolts of M 10x40 mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from hole centre) and having drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15mm Dia GI pipe and having clear opening of 220mm at the top surface and 06 Nos M10 tapped hole having centre to centre distance of 260mm along with bolts & washers as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in repair of 63 mm outer Dia doubled walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE (high density polyethylene pipe ISI marked confirming to IS 14930, part (ii) in existing trench/masonry open duct including coupling ,splicing, jointing of pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of neoprene gaskets with 330mm OD and 220mm ID with 6 hole suitable to use between base plate and transformer housing box complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode size 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25m below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to and including GI earth lead wire 4mm Dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of galvanised iron and connected to test point all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part I-2009 and all as specified or indicated and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type of strata available at site, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 earthing chamber, pre cast RCC slab 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) weight not less than 4 kg/sqm funnel with GI watering pipe of 20 mm bore medium grade, wire mesh and lugs, GI protection pipe of 15 mm bore light grade up to 7.5 metre long ,etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (a) GI earth wire and protection pipe beyond 7.5 metre will be measured and paid separately. (b) Earthing value should be less than 5 ohms. (c) If desired value of earth resistance not achieved during testing, the earthing work shall be redone by the contractor at free of cost to achieve the desire value of earthing resistance. The rate quoted by the contractor deemed to be inclusive of the provision.

S&F in repair earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 4mm Dia galvanised iron or steel wire complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of cables, pipes, foundation for poles etc., and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning and filling of trenches in two parts (i) Using riddled soil obtained from excavated soil up to depth 30 cm (8 cm below cable and remaining above cable) for cushioning of cable and (ii) refilling the trench of remaining depth with normal excavated soil all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Excavated soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS 1255 -1983 and refilling in trenches as in cable cushioning.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type 1 with peak, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in repair in trenches, LT underground cable of size 16 Sqmm 4 core XLPE insulated armoured and PVC sheathed 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor multistranded including cable connecting lugs, glands, jointing materials etc., laid in trenches, floors, roof, ducts and fixing using clamps, saddle for pole, wall including taking down complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair 32 Amps rating, 240V, 10 KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of Single Pole and Neutral, in the MCB DB Complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 240V, 10 KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and current carrying capacity 5 to 32 AMP, in the MCB DB Complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable route indicator made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet of size 20 cm x 15 cm duly painted with two coats black paint over a coat of red oxide primer and writing cable direction, capacity, size of cable with white paint, mounted on angle iron 40x40x3 mm, angle height 45 cm, (30cm below ground level) with PCC 20cmx20cmx15cm all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation and commissioning in repair LT out door loop in loop out terminal box with sloping canopy of size 600x450x250mm made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, front and rear hinged doors mounted on 40x40x6 mm MS angle iron frame 90 cm height erected in ground with PCC foundation 1:4;8 with 40mm stone aggregate including supply and fixing insulated aluminium bus bar of size 50x 6mm for three phase and neutral 200mm length respectively mounted on insulators and terminating with suitable cable with glands and provision of one MCCB 63 Amps 4 pole ,415 Amps, 50 Hz of breaking capacity 16 KA as incomer including taking down old terminal boxes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and jointing in repair straight through joint outdoor type 1100 volts grade heat shrinkable type suitable for 3.5x 25 sqmm to 3.5x 95 sqmm LT XLPE cable and testing after jointing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair MCCB 125 Amps 4 pole 16KA, adjustable thermal setting type and confirming to IEC 60947-II complete all specified and directed.
