CONSTRUCTION OF 2 NOS ADDITIONAL CLASS ROOM BUILDING AT P. PATRAPUT PROJ UPS OF BORIGUMMA BLOCK

Earth work excavation foundation in hard of soil including stoney earth in foundation with all lifts,delifts and leads including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing excavating earth at place away from site including dewatering, shuttering, cost of labour,royalty and T and P sundries required for the work etc. complete as per direction of by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and filling of sand in foundation and tranches with well waterd and rammed in layers not exceeding 23 cm in depth with all lead and lift including cost of sand, conveyance, loading and unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, sundries. T and P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement Concrete Proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floor using 4 cm size clean hard black C.B granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting,lowering and lying concret in layers not exceeding 15 cm.(6") thick to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost of sand, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour and T and P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Random rubble stone masonry in c.m (1:6) with foundation ans plint by using hard black broken granite stone including bond stones from approved quarry including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and corbelling and similar such type of works with all necesssary projections watering and curing etc including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all material and cost of labour and T and P required for the works etc complete in all respect as direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Fly Ash brick work masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in super structure using Fly Ash Bricks 23cm x 11cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 35Kg/sqcm with dimension tolerance + 8 percentage including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and corbelling and similar such type of works with all necessary projections watering and curing after immersing the bricks in water at least for six hours before use including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with all labour and T and P required for the work complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge Ground Floor

R.C.C work of M20 in following works using 12mm to 20 mm (1/2" to 3/4") size ( 20 mm not exceed 25 percentage) hard black broken granite stone chips approved quarry free from including hosting, lowering, lying and compacting concret, watering curing, centering, shuttering, conyeyance, royalities, taxes of all material with all labour and T and P, required for the works etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost of conveyance oc M.S. rods ot Tor steel and binding wire of 18 to 20 guage and labour charges for straighting, cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills and placing it proper position and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
