Taking down carefully the old u/s Aluminium/ Copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, sockets, regulators, holder, etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls including necessary touch up with the adjoining surface of disturbed area i.e with OBD/colour wash/white wash as the existing finish complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for point wiring complete with single core multi strand copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm nominal area PVC insulated FRLS 1100 Volts grade electrical cable on PVC conduit on surface with CI/pressed steel terminal boxes of required size factory made and factory painted with stove enameled black paint with top cover 3 mm thick plastic/laminated sheet (ISI Marked) of required colour with screwed and cup washer with all accessories including 1.5 Sqmm single core with multi strand copper conductor PVC unsheathed cable earth and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The rate is inclusive cutting /chasing and making good the disturbed surface with cement mortar 1:3 and same surface finishes with the adjoining surface of disturbed area with OBD/colour wash/white wash complete.

One light /fan point controlled by one way switch complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

One 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps independent board complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

One 3 pin socket outlet, 15 Amps on independent board with cable 2.5 Sqmm for main current and 1.5 sqmm as earth wire as power point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of LED Security light fitting 45 Watt Highly efficient made of pressure die cast aluminium housing with lens & toughened glass in replacement of old unservicable conventional security light fitting including fixing material ie MS clamp, Nut and bolt,anchor fastner washer etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make :Cat Part : HLSLD-15-45-CWL-R of Halonix or its equivalent as Havells/C&S/Phillps).

M&L for submain wiring of two runs of 6 Sqmm size for main cable and one run of 4 Sqmm size earth continuity conductor of single core PVC insulated but unsheathed FRLS cable of specified size multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade IS-694 marked , drawn through existing steel/PVC conceiled conduit of size 25mm dia with all fittings accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
