Fabrication, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of LTCT Panel, Fuse Panel and Distribution Panel for 125KVA Generator Set at Deep Bhavan Chennai

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 3 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required. (Laying from Earth pit to Generator Body & earth pit to Neutral (20 mtrs copper strip required for each earth laying on surface and 10 Mtrs copper strip require for lay on surface for existing two Nos. of earth pits )

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required.( 2 Nos. for Generator Body and 2 Nos. for Neutral of Generator)) (Refer Drawing :9.1.6)

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required. (For Earthing of LTCT panel and Fuse Panel)(Refer Drawing :9.1.7)

Providing and fixing 4.00mm dia (8 SWG) copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.( Double run from each Earth for LTCT Panel and fuse Panel)

Providing and fixing Earth bus of 50mm x 300mm copper strip on surface for connections etc. as required

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade for the following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench as required

Above 35sq.mm and upto 95sq.mm

Above 95sq.mm and upto 185sq.mm

Laying of one number additional PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade for the following size direct in ground in the same trench in one tire horizontal formation including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench as required

Above 35sq.mm and upto 95sq.mm

Supplying and making cable route marker with 10cm x 10cm x 5mm thick GI plate with inscription there on, bolted / welded to 35x35x6mm angle, 60cm long and fixing the same in ground as required

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for the following size of PVC insulatded and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1KV grade as required

Supply of 4core x 70 Sq.mm copper conductor Armoured UG cable of 1.1 KV XLPE PVc Sheathed confirming as per IS:7098 (Part 1): 1988 latest ( CT meter panel to Distribution panel : 35mtr, Distributional panel to generator: 20Mtr, Generator to Distribution Panel :20mtr (Total =75 mtr)

Supply of 4 core x 120 Sq.mm Aluminium conductor Armoured UG cable of 1.1 KV XLPE PVc Sheathed confirming as per IS:7098 (Part 1): 1988 latest ( EB Piller box out side compound premises to CT meter panel 85 mtr)

Supply of LTCT Panel size Length: 825mm Height:1200mm Depth:300mm , made up of 16 gauge CRCA sheet fully powder coated Siemens Colour for 3 phase 4 wire system with 25mmX6mm Copper Bar for phase and neutral . Test Terminal Block : 1No , CT Coil - 3 Set .(Refer Drawing :9.1.2)

Supply of Fuse Panel size Length: 700mm, Height:700mm Depth:250mm , made up of 16 gauge CRCA sheet fully powder coated Siemens Colour for 3 phase 4 wire system with 40mmX10mm Aluminium Bar for phase and neutral and 25X3mm Aluminium For Earth of the panel board. 300A Fuse Carrier : 3 Nos (Refer Drawing :9.1.3)

Refer Sl. No.18 Erection installation, testing and commissioning charges 250A floor mounted type distribution panel with making foundation on base, (Civil Masonry work for construction of trench suitable for new panel, where ever necessary), incoming termionation from mains, Generator cable connections, glanding, earthing to panel, load connects etc complete.

Refer Sl No.2 (for plate earthing) is used to make additional earth pit charges. Digging the earth by breaking stone slabs and concrete is extremely difficult.

Refer Sl No.4(for laying UG Cable) is used to make additional charges for excavation of earth for laying UG Cable. Digging the earth by breaking stone slabs and concrete is extremely difficult.

Refer Sl No.3 (for pipe earthing) is used to make additional earth pit charges. Digging the earth by breaking stone slabs and concrete is extremely difficult.

Charges for making trench in the floor by breaking the concrete in the size of 10" width x 12" depth with plastering suitable for keeping 12" width x 6mmthickness chequered plate on the trench complete (Refer Drawing :9.1.8)

Supply of 12" width x 6mm thickness x 4 feet length Aluminium chequered plate, Suitable for covering the above trench.

Dismantling and removing of old AMF Panel and distribution panel by disconnectind from supply and load connections, temporary supply arrangements for NAIS equipment during erection of new panel. (and also Dismantling charges of existing Meter panel after completion of Work)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and copper lugs for the 4 core x 70 sq.mm Armored PVC insulatded and PVC sheathed / XLPE copper conductor cable of 1.1KV grade as required

Supply and laying of Cat6 Ethernet Cable, (High Speed 550MHZ / 10 Gigabit Speed UTP LAN Cable,Network Cable, RJ45 Cable LAN Wire) through 3/4" Heavy duty PVC pipe on recess or surface from Generator to nearby Router for monitoring the Generator parameters such as, diesel level, voltage/ current/ load/ running hours etc in remote / mobile /Desk top/etc. (Including Configuration)

Miscellaneous items for the purchase of foundation bolts, SS Bolts & nuts, sleeves, 3 Nos. of ISI marked 1'x 2' x 3mm Electrical insulation rubbermat.
