Miscellaneous civil works in the existing Secondary sales shed Gantry Crane shed at Central Stores, Midhani, Hyderabad

Carriage/Carting of excavated excess earth/Rock by mechanical transport including loading, unloading, stacking and levelling for the required areas upto 1.00 km lead and neatly dressing of disposed earth etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Sub Head - Earthwork

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in charge for all kinds of soil.

Sub Head -Concrete Work

Sub Head -Reinforced Cement Concrete

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. With Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Sub Head -Masonry Work

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Sub Head -Flooring

Providing & laying 52 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, making grooves & filling with polysulphate sealant and curing by ponding etc., as per directed by Engineer in charge

Sub Head -Finishing

Providing and laying 18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand) finished with a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand).

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. (New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer)

Applying priming coats with water thinnable cement primer having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/litre and Painting two coats with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

Painting two or more coats on new work with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade

Sub Head -Dismantling & Demolishing

Miscellaneous works

Providing and grouting with non-shrink cementitious grout material in required size of pockets/under column base as per manufacturers specification. The cost also includes shuttering, placing, compaction & curing complete.

Labour charges for fabrication, erection, modification of structural steel works etc., complete including cost of gas cutting including gas bottles, welding machines, welding rods, all tools and bolts required, etc., from a lead of 1km as directed by the EIC, in the scope of work.

Providing and fixing 0.5mm thick precoated colour galvalume profile sheets, flashings (size,shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with AZ150 GSM as per IS14246, IS: 277, in 550 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required & all necessary fixing accessories.
