Painting two coat with approved synthetic enamel paint (in GF) to new iron work over a coat of Red oxide primer including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.
Providing average 25mm thick grading Concrete with (1:2:2) using 6mm hard granite chips using 2% water proofing cement compound of approved quality over top of Roof, Terrace, including cost of scaffolding, scraping and cleaning the roof surface, plastering and finishing smooth to proper slope and gradient including cost of all materials, conveyance, taxes and sundries, T&P etc. All complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge.
Waterproofing application:- Providing and application of two component polymer modified flexible cementitious waterproofing coating at a thickness of 1.5 -2.5 mm The membrane should have Elongation equal or more than: 30% Crack Bridging ability : Up to 1 mm Adhesive strength: 1.0 N/mm² @ 28d Tensile elongation: 60% @ 20°C Shore A Hardness >85 (between 3 - 7 days) etc. as per direction of E.I.C (For longer span, in terrace panel of 4m*4m should be done by groove cutting, and filling with PU Sealant) (Make-Myk, Fosroc, Sika)
Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand (zone- III) derived from natural sources: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth as per the specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Supplying, fitting and fixing of stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50 mm dia of 2 mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32 mm x 32mm x 2mm @ 0.90 mtr C/C and stainless aquare pipe bracing of size case as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc. with the cost, conveyance taxses of all material, cost of all labour etc. complete in all respect complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
