Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 M wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for pipe line, etc. in soft/ loose soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (Soils) from site to a distance not exc 50m away and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring holes under road pavement by bocky manually in any type of soil upto 150mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 3 layer (Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes PP-R pipes PN 10/ SDR 11) stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply all PP-R plain and brass threaded polypropylene random fitting in trenches/wall/celling or laying in floors complete of following sizes including all fittings with and including taking down old unserviceable any size of pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

Note:- 1. The quoted rates will include for the charges wherever hydra is required for pulling out the pumps out. 2. The contractor will give a guarantee for 6 months for the proper functioning of the pumps and its allied pipe connections/Electrical connections. 3. Burn out/Defective Non clogging pumps will be open at site for the defects and material required for replacement in writing to Engr-in-Charge.

Labour for opening the non clogging submersible/monoblock pump set, repairing, rewinding and assembling the pump set including insulating material of any size 5 HP to 20 HP capacity complete all as specified and as directed. Notes for srl item Nos.39 to 40:- Rate quoted shall including the aspects:- (i) Diesel Driven Pump Set of appropriate capacity not less than 5/7.5 HP with operator including necessary POL required at site for De-Watering of Sewage septic water including PVC heavy duty flexible hose pipe for suction and delivery purposes . (ii) Tractor mounted storage tank of appropriate capacity not less than 1 KL with driver directly collected from the soak well and disposing the same to the location where approved by the Chennai Cantonment Board/PCB . (iii) Tractor/truck with driver for disposal of sewage sludge and POL required for the same (duly covered with necessary Tarpaulins ) and depositing the same to the location where approved by the Chennai Cantonment Board/PCB. (iv) Labour element and T&P required for removal of settled down sewage sludge/mud inside the sewage tank for scooping out from inside and below the septic/ staining sewage water inside the well and lifting the same and deposited on top and near by the sewage tank where directed and further to removal the same at the location where approved by the Chennai Cantonment Board/PCB (v) Appropriate qty of Phenyl required at site for Sterilization of sewage sludge being collected in the Sewage tank . Supply and installation, connecting, testing and commissioning in replacement of high pressure single head adjustable Dosing System Adjustable 10% to 100% through a simple adjustment knob with an accuracy of + 2%, Inj. pressure 10 kg/sqcm, power input 230V, 50Hz, Max output 27 ltr/hr. with mandatory accessories like lead tubing, connecting ferrules, check valves etc. Accessories must including the following :- (i) Level switch for dry run cut off to avoid motor failure. Testing of Sewage water as per relevant IS of STP, submission of detailed test report to the office of the Engineer-in-charge and testing in NABL approved laboratory as approved by GE details are as under :- (a) Carrying out minimum essential testing of sewage water as per relevant IS mandatory for chemical, odour, PH Value, TSS, BOD, COD total nitrogen, sulphate, oil and grease ammonical Nitrogen (NH3-N) and Bacteriological total collifrom organisms and other characteristics as per relevant IS of sewage water. (iv) The Pipe Fitter shall always be in possession of die set complete with cutters, Taps, Pipe wrench, Chain wrench, Caulking tools, complete set of spanners and ladders etc. as required at site.
