Repairing of Wire mesh fencing of LT Distribution Transformer

Repairing of damaged/rusted/partly lost wire mesh fencing of 11/0.4KV S/S shall be made of rectangular of size as per site fabrication 45x45x5mm, angle, the frame horizontal runner of MS flat 40x5 welded in middle to support of wire mesh. Maintain the rectangular side welded type wire mesh of size 50x25 made of 12SWG wire mesh shall be welded all along the periphery if the frame as well as on horizontal runner to give strength of welding to wire mesh welded on the frame diagonal bracing of all the frame panel will be welded MS flat of size 25x3mm to support as per RESSPO specification. All material shall be supplied by the contractor.

Repairing of LT Distribution Point & LT T/F plinth in the area of EUDD-Munshipulia

Repairing of damaged T/F Plinth of size 2x2x1.2mtr. with the help of first class bricks & masonary in the ratio 1:4 cement & sand coarse, Filling the structute completely as per norms with RCC to 1:2:2 cement, sand coarse stone grit on damaged plinth as per direction of E/I. All material shall be supplied by the contractor.

Cartage of transformer trolly having 630/400/250 KVA transformer within the jurisdiction of EUDD Indira Nagar to the site with disconnecting the HT/LT connections of transformer with reconnection of HT/LT of transformer trolly, alongwith earthing of trolly, transformer and neutral. After putting the TF on repaired plinth, trolly should be disconnected with HT/LT system and cartage upto Sub-Division/JE Dump store. Distance within 10 Km.

Demounting of T/F 630/400/250KVA on temporary plinth with restoration of supply properly, providing temporary fencing and reconnection HT/LT connection and its commissioning.

Remounting and energization of 630/400/250 KVA T/F on duly Repaired plinth by making HT/LT connections and its commissioning.
