To attend and rectify of sewage system complaint in daily routine basis as per complaint lodged by user at complaint cell of AGE B/R-I Sub division by deploying manpower by cleaning/clearing/removal blockage such as blockage/ chocked in any type/size/height/depth/ location of WCs/urinal/bathroom /kitchen /WHB upto 1st manhole of sewage line along with any type/size/height/depth bore of outlet SGSW/PVC/CI/ UPVC/RCC etc pipe & including all kind of traps such as inspection chamber/Floor/ Nahani /Gully /Intercepting /bottle trap/P or S/multi floor traps of any type SGSW/PVC/CI/UPVC etc and in any position below or above ground level, in any floor, located in different situations, including opening/clearing eyes of sewage waste pipes/ vent pipe etc, opening the access cover/grating and taking out/ removing all material such as sludge/ soil waste/sludge water/ polythene /mud/silt/liquid/semi liquid / semi solid/solid /bricks bats/ debris/soil etc any unwanted materials of any kind etc including flushing with adequate water after cleaning make the all system fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge, re-fixing the existing opened access cover and removing all retrieved material/ unwanted/foreign material in any liquid/solid state etc outside the periphery of defence land at his own arrangement where sanitary hazards do not take place as per directions/ instructions of civil authority and buried in excavated pits in suitable size and depth and covering the same minimum 25cm thick compacted layer of soil with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavations and earth work including applying bleaching powder to maintain hygiene. Adequate water for flush out be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost including use of safety belt, dry cells torch for lighting in side and taking similar safety measures complete all as specified and directed.

To attend and rectify of sewage system complaint by opening manholes cover in daily routine basis as per complaint lodged by user at complaint cell of AGE B/R-I Sub division by deploying manpower by taking out of all materials such as sludge/ soil waste/polythene /mud/silt/liquid/semi liquid /semi solid/solid /bricks/stone bats/debris or any items etc from the manholes including pumping out any type of sludge wherever necessary, slugging, diverting the flow in the drain, if necessary including flushing manholes with adequate water and make the fully functional manhole,re-fixing opened access cover and removing all retrieved material outside the periphery of defence land at his own cost for any size/type of manholes of depth not exceeding 2.00 meter complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item no 02.00 above but manholes depth exceeding 2.00 meter but not exceeding 4.50 meter

Cleaning,removal blockage by of RCC/UPVC/PVC/SGSW/CI sewage pipe line of size 75/100/150/160/200 /300mm bore by Mechanically only with using sewage tankers/ Truck mounted hydraulic jet pressure machine with heavy duty flushing & suctioning pump, desluding, dewatering, taking out of all materials such as sludge/ soil waste/ polythene /mud/silt/liquid/semi liquid /semi solid/solid /bricks/stone bats/debris or any items etc from sewage line including both side connected any type,size,depth of manholes including flushing sewage line & both side manholes after cleaning with adequate water as to make the fully functional line ,re-fixing opened access cover and removing all retrieved material outside the periphery of defence land & disposal at his own cost complete all as specified and directed. Note:- bidder quioted rate is included for sewage pipe line including both side manholes cleared ,cleaned,blockage removed under this item is undertaken once for cleaning and paid for shall be kept functional for entire contract period and no extra payment shall be made for repetitive cleaning if required as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of septic tanks of any size,capacity & depth by Mechanically only with using sewage tankers/ Truck mounted hydraulic jet pressure machine with heavy duty flushing the sewage line and with heavy duty sewage pumps sewage suction pump, by desluding, dewatering, taking out of all materials such as sludge/ soil waste/polythene /mud/silt/liquid/semi liquid /semi solid/solid /bricks/stone bats/debris or any unwanted items etc,including flushing with adequate water to make the fully functional,re-fixing opened access cover and removing all retrieved material outside the periphery of defence land complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The measurement for the quantity of sludge removed will be arrived by multiplying the inner dimensions of septic tank to actual depth of sludge deposited by dipping the measuring rod. The depth shall be of that wet surface sludge on measuring rod for payment purpose.

M & L for Dewatering/pumping /Bailing out of soak well/filter bed at different locations completely of size not exc 4.80 mtr dia and not exc 6.5 mtr depth Mechanically only with using sewage tankers/ Truck mounted hydraulic jet pressure machine with heavy duty flushing system and with heavy duty sewage pumps sewage suction pump including taking out/removing all material such as sludge/ soil waste/polythene /mud/silt/liquid/semi liquid /night soil waste etc by only sewage suction pipe including flushing with adequate water to make the same sewage system fully functional , re-fixing the existing opened access cover and removing all retrieved material/unwanted/foreign material outside the periphery of defence land at his own cost complete all as specified and directed. Note:- bidder quioted rate is included for soak well/filter bed cleared ,cleaned,under this item is undertaken once for cleaning and paid for shall be kept functional for entire contract period and no extra payment shall be made for repetitive cleaning if required as directed by Engineer-in-charge bidder quioted rate is included for this aspect.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (1) The excavation work will be carried out by manually or mechanical means in any location/ area as directed by Engr-in- charge. (2) Any damage occur to water supply pipe line/electric cable etc during excavation work will be make good up to satisfaction of Engr- in-charge without any extra cost to the govt.

All as per srl item no 08.00 above but depth exc 1.50 m and not exc 3.00 meters.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm with any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated Soils material exc. 250m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under,and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for Bore of pipe in 160mm complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repair Vitreous China wash down water closet pan including P or S trap of bore 125/110 mm (pedestal pattern), white or in matching colour of tiles (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including plastic water closet seat, white or in matching colour , closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device and wash down water closet complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair for 125mm dia chromium plated perforated grating with hole/without hole for waste pipe fixed over floor/nahani trap complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and thickness on walls/ceilings etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc also Work in foul position etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound (as per manufacturer’s instructions) on fair faces of brick work, concrete surface of wall, fin, facia, chajjas, parapet, manholes, soak well, septic tank, drain and similar article finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement also work in foul position etc omplete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, wall, arches, pillars, man-holes, drain, septic tank, soak well also in foul condition etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for burnt clay brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 as in Manholes, Septic Tank, Soakwell, Drain etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete or lime concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in copings, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, kerbs including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) and disposal of debris complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100mm thick plain Cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick plain cement concrete type B-1 , 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC of any description slab , shelves , chajjas, water tank, chullah hoods, manholes cover, cover of septic tank/soak well etc (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) also Work in foul position etc and in any position and disposal of debris complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast reinforcement cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs for drain & manholes, septic tank, soak well etc etc chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately).

M & L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors;l adders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks, wind ties,cattle trap and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, ornamental and intricate design complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for joint free Non - skid Ceramic Coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including dismantling existing tiling with cement mortar bedding complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES :- Bidder quoted rate is included for the following_- (i) For serial item No 01, 02, 03 & 04 contractor will deploy three (03 nos) mazdoors daily to attend day to day complaint as mentioned above in the concerned items. all Mazdoor will report daily at compliant cell of AGE B/R - I Sub division at 08:45 AM to collect complaints slip/job card and depart 5pm after attending all complaints with entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. In case of none attending complaints in same day, recovery @ RS 250 per complaints per day will be recovered from contractor and in case of Non deployment of Mazdoor recovery @ RS 400/day per mazdoor will be recovered from contractor during RAR payment.Decision of GE is final in this respect. (ii) Contractor or his accredited representative shall be available during cleaning,attending complaints. (iii) Unit rate quoted by bidder is included for all precautions to be taken by workers while working in foul condition, Contractor shall take all necessary actions. (iv) Unit rate quoted by bidder is included for srl no 01 to 07 for taking out & removing of all materials such as sludge/ soil waste/polythene /mud/silt/liquid/semi liquid /semi solid/solid /bricks/stone bats/debris or any items etc ,flushing the same with adequate water and make the fully functional ,re-fixing opened access cover and removing all retrieved material, loading,unloading,transportation in covered container outside the defence land at his own arrangement where sanitary hazards do not take place as per directions/ instructions of civil authority and buried in excavated pits ,covering the same minimum 25cm thick compacted layer of soil with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all earth work including applying bleaching powder to maintain hygiene complete .

(v) Unit rate quoted by bidder is included for Washing, cleaning wall, floors with adequate water of any type of drops,splashes and leaving premise clean and tidy. (vi) Safety measures shall be followed by the contractor before execution of the work. The Contractor shall provide the oxigen Mask, Safety Helmet, use of safety belt, dry cells torch for lighting in side , handgloves, First Aid Box etc to workers for protection. Any mishapning occured due to negligence, the contractor shall be solely responsible for that. (vii) All complaint will be considered as rectified with entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (viii) All T&P (mechanical Iron rods, knot ropes, bamboo etc.), tranporataion of material and mazdoor required for attending the day to day complaints shall be provided by the contractor without any extra. (ix) Unit rate quoted by bidder is included for conveyance cost of labour with their tools to travel from pocket to pocket to attend complaints. (x) Unit rate quoted by bidder is included for use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc ,hoisting, lowering and protective measures etc up to four storeys height of bldgs if required at site. (xi) Unit rate quoted by bidder is included for Removing heaps of wastes, cleaning of flora, fauna, foliage and bushes around septic tanks, soakage well, manholes and along sewage line and removing debris/heaps of bushes etc from vicinity and depositing at a place where directed by Engr-in-charge.

Notes :- (a) The contract sum shall be arrived at after deduction of amount of Schedule of Credit. (Rs. 31,820.00). (b) PERFORMANCE SECURITY :- (Refer condition 19 of IAFW-2249) The performance security for an amount equivalent to 3% (Three percent) of the accepted contract sum shall be delivered by the successful bidder immediately after the date of intimation letter of acceptance and all provisions shall be applicable as per condition 19 of IAFW 2249
