Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

M&L Hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n. exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed. .

M&L providing 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor topping including use and waste of necessary formwork and finishing the top surface of concrete even and fair (broom finish) etc all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in hard/dense soil/ hard standing complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 Cum , getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layer n.exc 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and making good surfaces in hard standing or hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L plain cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations of posts , filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

S &F mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting, riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E 165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel galvanised security chain link fencing of any size, any type and any dia, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Fixing only chain link fencing payable separately under relevant item of this Schedule.)

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of mild steel binding wire (annealed) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel plain round bars 10mm dia and over as in holding bar/stiffener bar for holding the chain link fencing in position, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips; steel confirming to grade IS:432, Part-I complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts 11 to 15 mm diameter of shank (machine made) with hexagonal screw heads at one end & screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers & one hexagonal or square nut; length of bolt n.exc. 5cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing new steel surfaces of any description exc 10 cm in width or girth, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade or tint over a coat of red-oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing new steel surfaces of any description n. exc 10 cm in width or girth when connected with other painting or when painted in different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade or tint over a coat of red-oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only concertina coil fencing of dia. 610 mm laid over angle iron posts/hard standing with 9 horizontal RBT stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain it horizontal, including necessary suitable size bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Concertina coil will be issued free for fixing only under Schedule 'B'. )

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L providing PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, fillings & mass concrete etc all as specified and directed.

M&L providing RCC (Nominal Mix), type A 1 1:1.5:3(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, mass concrete and the like etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing RCC (Nominal Mix), type A 1 1:1.5:3(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel deformed bars (TMT) 10mm dia and over in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 21.00 here-in-before but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; flat, vertical or to batter, to achieve rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions; flat, square, rectangular or polygonal, to achieve rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in soils(hard/dense or soft/loose) including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) exc. 250m and n.exc. 500m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing new surfaces of walls (plastered or unplastered) and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete ; steel confirming to Fe-410-W(Gde E-250), quality 'B' all as specified and as directed.

S&F Welded steel wire fabric n.exc. 4kg/sqm weight , fixed complete to wood or steel members all as specified and as directed.

S&F galvanised heavy duty steel wheel of 110 mm dia with 02 Nos of ball bearing, axle with lubricating point all as specified and as directed.

S&F Nylon roller with support structure as required including all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.
