A) Supply,Installation,Testing & Commissioning of 125 KVA DG Set complete with alternator ,water cooled,self starting with suitable coupling with alternator of 125 KVA capacity,415 Volt 3-Phase,4-wires,50 Hz 0.8 lagging power factor at 415 Volt,capable of taking 10% overloading for one hour in any 12 hours duration. B) Supply,fixing of sound proof (silent type)canopy of suitable size for the above DG Set.The Job also includes loading,unloading and shifting from unloading site

Providing and laying of spans of 3 ½ coreXLPE Al. cable Armored with end terminations. 120 mm sq. 3 ½ core

Providing and making of end termination of the following 3 ½ LT cable including thimbling, crimping tapping, testing and connecting as per site requirements 120mm2

Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity and Four pole MCCB in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required. ( Adjustable range from 0.7 to 1) MCCB 200 A having 36 KA B/capacity

Making of Earth Point with 2 Inch dia. GI Pipe B Class caged in 6 inch GI Pipe class B in CCM Compund and 10 feet deep as Earthing Electrode. The pit is to be dug using bore well and covered with 10x10 inch pit hole cover.

Construction of RCC Foundation of as per Drawings in 1:2:4 with cement plaster finishing in 1:4. Size Below Ground = 13 Feet x 10 Feet x 1.5 Feet Deep Above Ground = 12 Feet x 9 Feet x 2 Feet High

a)Earth work excavation manually inculding disposal of earth as directed within SKIMS permises

b) P/L of R.C.C work 1:2:4 mix including cost and carriage of material

c) Shuttering by steel plates/ wooden planks including removal of same after use.

d) P/L of steel reinforcement (TMT) 12mm dia including cost of cutting, bending ,binding including cost binding wire

e) P/L of plastering 1 :4 mix including cost and carriage of material

Construction Of DG Set Shelter by way of using 26 SWG corrugated GI Tin Sheet with slanting roof 4 feet high at center along the short side for the above foundation 12 x 9 feet and 10 feet effective hight grouted in foundation, (As per Drawing)
