Fabrication of prefabricated structure for the residence of Sr. Manager HPTDC Circuit House near peterhoff Shimla

Walls:-Supply and installation of walls will be made out of Steel - EPS - Steel composite sand coated in sulated sandwich panels with toughen groove locking systems. The e.p.s used as the core will be of self-extinguishing type. The overall thickness of the panel will be 75mm in all floor level in all heights including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Superstructure :-Supply and installation Superstructure work for roofing structure comprising of MS Tubular rectangular and square (as required) sections with the systems of purling and portals in all floor level in all heights including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Roof:- Supply and installation of roof will constitute of Metallic color coated profiled sheet 0.8mm duly secured using SDST Screw of size-12/25and12/55 with epdm washers and further sealed with silicone rubber for added water protection in all floor level in all heights including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Electrical :-All electrical will be providing as per requirement. The switches will be of Ancker make Modular type, internal wiring wire makes- KEI/RR make all MCBs make – C&S. Electrical fixtures like lights, lamps, fan, exhaust fan, AC and fans will be provided by the client in all floor level in all heights including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

False Ceiling -Supply and installation of false ceiling will be gypsum plain ceiling supported of GI ceiling channels with structure pipes in all floor level in all heights including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Doors:- Supply and installation will be commercial flush type doors with enamel paint finish on it with locking arrangement. Of size (7’x3’x3nos, 7'x2.5'x3nos) in all floor level in all heights including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Windows:-Supply and installation of windows will be made out of Aluminium Powder Coated sliding type with all hardware. of size 3’x4’x2nos, 4'x4'x4nos in all floor level in all heights including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Flooring:- Supply and fixing of floor will be made out of vitrified tiles size 600x600mm (Base rate tile up to Rs. 35 per sq.ft.) the tiles will be fixed with cement and cores sand at one level with 4'' skatting all internal walls and toilet area antiskid tile 300x300mm in all floor level in all heights including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Wall Tile-Supply and fixing of toilet wall tile will be made out of size 450x300mm will be fixed with cement and cores sand at one level. Up to 7’ height of the walls. (Base rate tile up to Rs 35Rs. per sq.ft.) in all floor level in all heights including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Toilet & Plumbing:- All internal plumbing work will be in our scope of work. Toilet will contain EWC, wash basin economical range with required taps, paper holder, shopdish etc. External plumbing work will be not in our scope in all floor level in all heights including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Kitchen: -Supply & fixing of 01nos SS sink in kitchen/pantry with required taps supported with MS frame top granite with connection of water inlet and outlet in all floor level in all heights including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Finishing:-The building will be finished in rustic texture on the outside of the walls and plain paint with finishing of plastic emulsion will be provided on all the internal walls in all floor level in all heights including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in all kinds of earth work including spade work, pick work, jumper work blasting work including where blasting is prohibited and chiselling/wedging out of rock etc. upto all lifts stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layer when required into plinths, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth within all leads and lifts as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (three point one five millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30mm x 30mm x 5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden / steel battens and ballies for all depth/ height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling up to all heights and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and upto all floor levels:- (i) Foundation footing and basis of columns etc ansd mass concrete complete.

Columns, pillar post and struts etc. Square, rectangular, polygonal in plan complete.

Beams, cantilever, girders and lintels:- Side and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilevers bressumersand lintels not exceeding 1.00 meters in depth in all heights from floor and upto all levels complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 Sand :10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in Foundation and plinth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and upto all floor levels.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth in breast and retaining walls etc. including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Stone soling properly hand-packed filling interstices with Kharanja stone including spreading watering etc. complete as per HP.PWD specification 150mm spread thickness (finished work including materials and labour) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibtared cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5 sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for feinforced concrete work :-(i) foundation footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete in all floor level in all heights including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Columns pillars, posts and struts upt all floor level.

Suspended floors, roofs, landing and shelves and their support, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever upto all floor level.

Providing tor/TMT steel reinforcement of TATA tiscon / SAIL / Rashtria Ispat /Jindal / Shyam including cost of binding wire for R.C.C.work including bending, binding and placing in position complete in all floor level in all heights,and as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.
