Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain windowsills, fillets, sunken floor, etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :

1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc..

Brick work with Cleaned F.P.S. bricks recovered from demolshing of brick work and supplied free of cost at site of work by the department in Cement mortar 1:6 (1Cement : 6 Coarse sand) in foundation and plinth complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Brick work with Cleaned F.P.S. bricks recovered from demolshing of brick work and supplied free of cost at site of work by the department in Cement mortar 1:6 (1Cement : 6 Coarse sand) in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :

1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

6 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

In cement mortar

Removing mortar from bricks and cleaning bricks including stacking within a lead of 50 m (stacks of cleaned bricks shall be measured) :

From brick work in cement mortar

Dismantling barbed wire or flexible wire rope in fencing including making rolls and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading,transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or asapproved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used.

With G.I. barbed wire

Supplying at site pre cast pre stressed reinforced cemment concrete Standards post of mix 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarsesand : 3 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) reinforced with 4 nos.carbonated steel wire 3 mm thick , including making holes @ 300 mm c/c for fixing the barbed wire & carriage at site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge .

Size of post 2.44 x 0.10 x 0.10 M

Fixing of RCC Standard Post placed at required distance, embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post one side only used for barbed wire with horizontal lines and diagonal lines etc. complete in line and level after straightening and scaffolding etc. all complete as per the directions of Engineer in Charge..(Note :- Cost of R.C.C. posts, struts, earth work and concrete to be paid for separately) :-

Providing and fixing SS nuts, hooked bolts and washers for fixing the barbed wire in horizontal lines of approved dia. etc. all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and refixing of existing angle iron post 50x50x5 mm ( Lenght upto 2.20 M) on top of Compound wall in line and level after straightening includung welding where ever required and scaffolding etc. all complete as per the directions of Engineer in Charge ( Note :- Angle iron post will be supplied by the department free of cost and cement concrete blocks shall be paid for seperately).

Credit for old unserviceable and rusted barbed wire and MS angles received after dismantling
