Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Mtrs. wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtrs. in depth for foundation, laying of cables etc and getting out in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material (Soil) n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 Mtrs. above the starting point complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, earth including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25cm thick each layer, complete all as specified.

M&L Dry and clean fine sand for cable cushioning to underground cable protection, complete all as specified. (Excavation and earth work measured separately).Note- Punned down thickness shall be measured.

S&F cover to underground cable with one layer of bricks using sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size) laid flat across the cable complete all as specified. (Excavation and earth work measured separately).

Dismantling and taking down old wornt out ACSR conductor of any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling & taking down old wornt out MS clamps/cross arms/channels complete with nuts & bolts etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism for repair/replacement of broken/worn out components, insulators and lightening arrestor etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement LT line poly proplain composite phase separators moulded type suitable for horizontal/vertical 4 lines LT overhead lines complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Restretching only of loosened existing ACSR conductor (Per Span consisting of any number and size of wire) any size, by opening the binding wire from insulator and re-fixining after streching with proper sag incl strenghtening of ACSR conductor and re-binding the same on insulators and binding complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE :- The unit rate includes attending the complaints of snapping of conductors as and when occured and as intimated .

M&L Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of different sizes incl jointing and stritching for over head lines on LT poles including binding, jumpers, line taps etc complete all as specified .

Supply & fix Cross arms, bracings, stiffeners, supporting clamps and back plates, fabricated from structural steel sections, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including necessary welding, bending cold or hot inclusive of nuts, bolts, washers and two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of aluminum primer including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty), 11000 volts (E) grade with stranded aluminium conductor of 3 core 120 Sqmm size, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminum conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Air break gang operated switch, triple pole, mechanically operated, with contacts of ferrous knife and spring loaded moving contact of copper, vertically mounted, (12 insulator type) mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism in accordance with IS-9921 including 25mm bore medium grade GI pipe to worked from ground level for current rating up to 200 Amps 11 KV with locking mechanism, mild steel clamp, nuts, bolts, washers, operating handle with in both OFF and ON position of required size including two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified.

M&L for Lightening arrestor expulsion type for outdoor suitable for 11 KV high tension line complete with all fittings with discharge capacity 65 Kilo amperes, including bracket clamps, nuts, bolts & washers and connection to earth wire & SWG GI wire of 4mm size ,in replacement complete all as specified.

Supply and installation, testing and commissioning AC, 3 phase, 50 HZ, 400 KVA capacity transformer copper wounded step-down outdoor type 11000/433 Volts (at no load) double wound oil immersed naturally cooled with external cooling tubes, core type delta connected on primary side(HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector symbol DY-11(Vector Group with neutral brought on secondary side (LV side) and having tapping at +/- 2.5%, +/-5.0% and +/- 7.5% to be changed by means of hand operatd off load tap changing gear. The maximum centigrade in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run in ambient temp of 40 degree centigrade and the transformer shall be confirming to IS-1180 2014 level-2 BIS mark including first filling of fresh transformer oil conforming to revelant IS tested not less than 60 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 gap and comprising with the following standard fitting/accessories (a) One cable box on LT side (Secondary side) consisting of four No's porcelain with copper bushing rods complete with nuts and washers with one No cable glands suitable for reception of taking out 01 No 3.5 core, LT 1100 Volts grade, PVC sheathed and PVC insulated heavy duty armoured cable including gland joint and jointing materials complete. (b) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge (c) Dehydrating breather with first fill dehydrating agant (Silica Gel) (d) Explosive vent (e) Thermometer pocket on tank cover (f) All other standards accessories as specified in relevant IS.

Note : (i) Item rate also including Shifthing of transformer from Existing location to new plinth properly.
