M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Applying treatment to sunken portion including demolition of existing concrete, WC , Por S trap and removing unserviceable material outside MoD land as described below:- (a) Preparation of RCC surface of sunken slab (Floor) by brushing and cleaning thoroughly with water. M&L for Applying treatment after taking down cement plaster including tiles etc and removing the unserviceable material out side MoD land as described below:- (a) Preperation of RCC surface of sunken slab (side) by brushing and cleaning thoroughly with water. (b) Application of two coats of poly urethene based chemical treatment as per manufacturer's instruction of DR fixit/FOSROC/CICO/STP as approved (c) 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 over chemical coating including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement Note:- Continuity with cementitious water treatment beyond sunken portion in toilet shall be maintained.

M&L for 8 to 9 mm thick Vitrified tiles of approved quality (square/ rectangular) 'light shade' , area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 7 to 8 mm thick Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles of approved quality (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 6 to 7 mm thick glazed ceramic coloured tiles of approved quality of size 450mm x 300 mm as in vertical surfaces such as skirting dados etc set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with the tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work or concrete surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work table rubbed and polished as in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms (including making hole for gas pipe and like over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and similar situations complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 16-18 mm thick mirror polished machine cut kota stone slab (pre- polished) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of stone as in skirting and risers of stair case over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and taking down old serviceable Energy Meters of any type / capacity after noting down the reading from meter etc. and marking the Quarter No on each meter with permanent marker pen and depositing in MES store for safe custody and writing MES No complete and re-fixing /reconnection in new meter cabinet complete all as specified and as directed.
