Supply and fix Stainless Steel Hollow tubes, channes, plates (Tubular/Square/Recangular) confirming to SS Grade 316 as made in railing , including cutting welding and buffing , polishing and making curvature (where ever requried) and fitting same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete including railing with necessary accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in groud floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of debris off the premises to a distance not exceeding 100 metres complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for hardcore of guage n.exc 63mm, broken stone aggregate deposited, spread & leveled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) 100 mm thick in sub base floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) 100 mm thick in sub base floors and finishing with broom or MS Jalli complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Forming 20mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade-B all as specified and as directed.Note:Make of Bituminous filler :M/S STP LTD

Material and Labour for M-Sand cushioning of 25 mm thick under floors as cushioning to tiles including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured and paid

Material and labour for Providing and laying Machine pressed rubber moulded precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade confirming to IS-15628-2006 complete all as specified and as directed.,

Material and labour for Chequerred cement concrete tiles of size 300 mmx300mm x25 mm thick with rubber moulded in floors etc., set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the existing surface and including 20 mm thick screen bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of newly plastered surface of wall including pilasters and cornice etc and apply two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade(Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over over a coat of pink primer surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new painted steel or iron surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chromer primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B -2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Brick work with flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering in CM 1:6, ,15 mm thick on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces anfinished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 on lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic & other similar bands, plinth course, string course, lacing course, parapets & railing up to 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided water trought & the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating, as directed as in benching to manholes complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exc 1.5 metre deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specifed and as directed.

Removing excavated material exceeding 500 meter and not exceeding 1.50 KM depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specifed and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles protions ordered to be dismanted including removal of debris off the premises to a distance not exceeding 100 metres complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes, 150 mm dia (PVC, salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including removal of debris off the premises not exceeding 100 meter complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Salt glazed stoneware (SGSW) grade 'A' drain pipes 150mm bore laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar 1:1 on Concrete bed complete including testing etc and concrete bed to drain pipes of bore 150mm including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and treated in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate and testing complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for Fe -410-W(Gde-E-250) quality B Compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases,splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Granite stone 20mm thick (black galaxy) work (table rubbed and polished) in single piece in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over a backing coat of 15mm thick cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) 100 mm thick in sub base floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Cement Concrete work in pavement/hard standing of flexural strength 40 Kg/Sqcm in field using 400 kg of cement per cum of concrete, thickness of concrete 250 mm including necessary formwork and testing complete all as specified and as directed.
