Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder can be a private limited/trust/public limited/proprietorship/partnership company. JV / Consortium is also allowed subject to Number of members in a Consortium shall not exceed 2 (Two).

The Bidder/Lead member of the consortium should be in a similar business for a minimum period of 5 years.

The firm should have at least Twenty-Five (25) well-qualified SME (Subject Matter Expertise) with a minimum of 05 years of experience of AI-Based Skill Development and Upskilling Training in the Pharmaceutical Sector.

The Coaching is to be done through Offline mode only.

The number of candidates to be trained - 100 approximately (One Hundred Students). The shortlisted 100 (One Hundred Students) candidates should be given certification level coaching followed by Industry exposure as mentioned in curriculum

Technical Criteria

Capabilities of Vendor

The bidder/ Lead partner of the consortium should have minimum 5 years of existence.

Others -- Certificate of incorporation

The bidder/ Lead member or the consortium partner should have own/rented/leased Office with infrastructure in at least one district Of Karnataka

Others -- Ownership proof / Lease or rental agreement and photo with GPS.

The bidder/ Lead member or the consortium partner should have own Data Centre with infrastructure.

Others -- Ownership proof of Data centers along with GPS Photo to be submitted.

The bidder/ Lead member or the consortium partner should have at least 25 (Twenty-Five) SMEs with at least 05 (Five) years of experience in AI Capabilities, Pharma Content Development, Intelligent Communication methods & Professional readiness.

In Presentation on methodology The Bidder / Lead Member / Consortium Partner shall demonstrate the Functional Capabilities, AI Features, AI platforms Scalability, Performance, Security, User Experience & Sustainability.

Financial Status

The bidder/ Lead partner of the consortium should have a turnover of Rs. 188 lakhs in each year during the last three financial years i.e. 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25.
