   a) Purchaser reserved the rights to place Bulk/Entire Quantity order on MSE's registered with UDYAM Registration. b) Offers from authorized dealers/trader/agents will be summarily REJECTED. c) Bulk/Entire order will be placed on the manufacturer firm or through bidder must have satisfactorily executed at least of 20 percent of total tendered quantity in any one of the three preceding completed financial years and current year up to the date of tender closing against purchase orders of Indian Railways or any other Government organizations for the tendered item/ similar item. Tenderers to submit proof of supply like R/Note, CRAC etc. along with the offer to substantiate their claim.

   Place of Inspection: At MSE's registered Unit(s)/Plant(s) in UDYAM registration, offers with other Unit(s)/Plant(s) will be summarily rejected.

   1.Items to be supplied and installed at the stations ( 118 stations ) across Mysuru Division, South Western Railway as directed by and to the satisfaction of the consignee. 2. The items to be supplied shall strictly conform to and comply with all the ELEVEN points stipulated in the specification, without any deviation.

   In keeping with the Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India) Order, 2017, as amended, it has been found that there is sufficient local capacity and competition in supply of the tendered item of required quality and therefore public procurement of the item is restricted to Class I local suppliers only and the vendors who do not qualify to be Class I local suppliers should not quote in the tender as their offers shall not be considered for any ordering. In case any vendor who does not qualify to be a Class I local supplier for the tendered item participates in the tender it does so at their own risk and cost and Railways shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the vendor.

(a) I have read the clause 32 of the conditions of SWR/MMD General Conditions Of Tenders For Supply Contract Dated: 06/10/2025 attached with the tender regarding restrictions on procurement from a bidder of a country which shares a land border with India and on sub-contracting to contractors from such countries. (b) I certify that this bidder is not from such a country and will not subcontract any work to a contractor from such countries unless such contractor is registered with the Competent Authority. I also certify that this bidder will not offer any products/services of entity from such countries unless such entity is registered with the Competent Authority. (c) I hereby certify that this bidder fulfills all requirements in this regard and is eligible to be considered.    Splitting clause : Applicable as per tender booklet. Whenever splitting is done in case of refusal of counter offer by the subsequent firms Railway may enhance the offered quantity up to the maximum quantity offered by the firm.
