SITC of Ceiling Suspended Chilled water double skin Air Handling Unit of mentioned capacities below: Specifications : 3000 - 4000 CFM Unit shall have Double Skin wall panels, 40 mm thick sandwich PUF injected panels. Outer skin shall be 0.6 mm pre painted sheet with 275 GSM Zn coating. Inner sheet shall be 0.6 mm GSS, Complete with Glass view panel, marine light, limit switch, cable entry, GSS base frame. Screw less construction with zero leakage in the panel joints. Chilled water Coil - 6RD/8RD water cooled coil. Cooling oil shall have 12.5 to 15 mm dia (O.D) tubes minimum 0.35 mm thick with sine wave aluminium fins firmly bonded to copper tubes assembled in zinc coated steel frame with SS Drain tray. Direct Driven Backward / Forward Curved Plug Fans with VFD, with Squirrel cage IE2 induction motor, Motor shall be suitable for operation of Variable Frequency Drive operation with 415±10% volts, 3 phase AC supply included with VFD. Each unit shall be provided with a factory assembled filter section containing pre filters( EU-4) ilters. Filter bank framework shall be fully sealed and constructed from GSS.
