Dismantling of cement concrete pavement by mechanical means using pneumatic tools, breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 metres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (Plant Mix Method) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Supply and Laying for separation membrane of impermeable plastic sheeting 125 micron thick.

Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade, in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber, finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paid separately). Note:- Cement content considered in M-30 is @ 340 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately. Cement concrete manufactured in automatic batching plant (RMC plant) i/c transportation to site in transit mixer. (DSR 16.43.2*0.735)

Applying trimix concreting surface with groom finish as per pattern design including mixing of surface hardener @3.6 kg /sqm in cement cost including cost of all material labour T&P complete for proper completion of work

Providing and filling in position rubberized bitumen hot sealing compound for sealing of expansion joints in roads / pavements all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Using grade ‘A’ sealing compound conforming to IS: 1834. 10mm Width & 50mm Depth

Maintenance of Earth Shoulder Stripping excess soil (average 75 mm thick) from the shoulder surface to achieve the approved level and compacting with plate compactor

Providing and Laying of 80mm thick interloking tiles of 40 Mpa compressive strength including base of with local sand as cusion including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. proper completion of the work.

Dismantaling of old existing ramp/slabs i/e disposal of dismantaled material as per direction by E/I

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge including removal of rubbish etc, desposal of un serviceable matrial to the dumping ground for which payment shall we made seperately and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 mtr lead as a direction of engineer-in-charge.
