1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from naturalsources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sizederived from natural sources)

Providing and fixing of scaffolding upto a height of 17m around water tank area of Central Lab building from ground level/adjacent roof with bamboo poles/steel pipes for repair work. The bamboo poles/steel pipes shall be provided at a distance of 1.5m c/c both vertical and horizontal direction. The bamboo poles/steel pipes shall be tied/connected with coconut coir rope/steel clamps with all safety measures as required. The scaffolding system shall also be provided with diagonal bracings if required. The contractor may provide single or double scaffolding system as per the requirement for repair work. The measurement for a particular span shall be taken only once irrespective of no. of times being provided and duration of scaffolding.

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, mixing and applying two component epoxy anti corrosive zinc primer of approved make and quality for steel reinforcement of RCC members and applying them in two or more coats as per the manufacturers specification all complete (such as Fosroc Nitozinc primer/Bostik ZRP or equivalent as approved by the Engineer-in-charge)

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect.

SBR Polymer (@10% of cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Removing of colour coated roof sheet fixed at about 15m height from the ground level for taking up the repair work and refixing of roof sheet back in its place with old or new screws as required all complete. (10 spans of about 0.9m wide) (water tank area and gable sides)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Providing and applying damp proof waterproofing material of approved quality and make such as Asian Paints Damp Sheath/ Dr. Fixit Roofseal/Dr. Fixit raincoat or equivalent in two coats as per the manufacturer's specification on the exterior wall surface.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Hot finished welded type tubes

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Painting with black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size,shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge)0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 micronsepoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 micronsminimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should besupplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tappingscrews of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto anypitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost ofpurlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shapewherever required.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete : 12.51.1 Ridges plain (500 - 600mm)

Providing and fixing aluminium gutter (600mm girth) made of aluminium sheet 24/26 gauge thickness fastened to 40x6 GI flat brackets with GI nut bolts and washers all complete. (The rate is inclusive of providing & welding of 40x6 GI flat to the purlin @ 75-80cm spacing)
