Dismantling of PVC water tank capacity exceeding 500litres but not exceeding 1000litres including inlet, outlet and waste pipe complete with ball valve and removal, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing/hoisting, rotational moulded polyethylene (HDPE) water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top), 500 litres capacity ‘double layered’, hoisted and fixed in position including inlet, outlet and drain pipe with plug, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing/hoisting, rotational moulded polyethylene (HDPE) water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top), 1000 litres capacity ‘double layered’, hoisted and fixed in position including inlet, outlet and drain pipe with plug, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, ball valves high pressure of PTMT (Minimum weight 142gms) with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe 15mm dia bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, ball valves high pressure of PTMT (Minimum weight 210gms) with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe 20mm dia bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roof and removal of unserviceable brick tiles / brick bats and rubbish outside defence land, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of muds phuska on roofs, any thickness, including mud plastering (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) and removal to a distance not exceeding 50 Metre, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing bitumen felt including cement mortar bedding and cleaning the surface and removal outside the MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced), of any description, and in any position (below or above ground level), including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc, and applying evenly neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-O using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in roof kerb, mud stops, benching , including use and waste necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer’s instructions @ 3% by weight of cement on concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, after applying neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm, including wire brushing, cleaning, washing and preparing roof surface, complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour, water proofing treatment of RCC roof consisting as under:- (a) Applying evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384:1986 @ 0.30litre/Sqm including preparation of roof surfaces (b) A layer of 3mm thick APP polymeric membrane of weight not less than 3.60Kg/sqm, reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 160gm/sqm), duly sealed at over laps & joints with flame (by torch application) all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 17 but on vertical surfaces over primer @0.30Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, cutting out cracks to 'V' section in existing RCC roof slab or terracing , cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry in CM (1:3), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour, 40mm thick brick tiles laid on and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM (1:6) using grey cement and grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement laid on concrete roof, complete all specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 20 here-in-before (but except brick tiles), complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Old serviceable tiles as obtained from Serial item No 10 here-in-before shall be reused. (ii) The cost of cleaning and washing of brick tiles for re-use, shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer.

Raking out joints of old cement tiles/brick tiles laid on roof average 10mm deep and cleaning with wire brush and re-grouting and flush pointing the joints in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement and make it leak proof, complete all specified and directed.

Material and labour, Cutting groove in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep, for inserting APP polymer membrane and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 and removal rubbish, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in padding on roof, of 40mm thick average required thickness to maintain desired slope, finished even and fair to receive tiles/ APP membrane, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair, 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed, in any length, with rubber ring joints (except standard fitting) or laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair, 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius with access door, fixed to pipes with adhesive/solvent cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair, 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed, in any length, with rubber ring joints (except standard fitting) or laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair, 75mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius with access door, fixed to pipes with adhesive/solvent cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down existing steel water tubing and connections, 15mm bore for re-fixing or removing from site to store for reuse or credit, including taking down with standard fittings, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, galvanized steel water tubes, 15mm bore, medium grade, with all standard fittings such as bends, elbows, tees etc, concealed/surface, fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Re-fixing / re-laying only old steel water tubing of 15mm dia bore, with all fittings, at new or old position, laid in floor/along wall or at ceiling, complete all as specified and directed. (i) Old serviceable pipe and fittings received on retrieval against Item here-in-before shall be re-used after proper (thorough) cleaning and washing etc.

Taking up or down existing steel water tubing and connections, 20mm dia bore for re-fixing or removing from site to store for reuse or credit, including taking down with standard fittings, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, galvanized steel water tubes, 20mm bore, medium grade, with all standard fittings such as bends, elbows, tees etc, concealed/surface, fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Re-fixing / re-laying only old steel water tubing of 20mm dia bore, with all fittings, at new or old position, laid in floor/along wall or at ceiling, complete all as specified and directed. (i) Old serviceable pipe and fittings received on retrieval against Item here-in-before shall be re-used after proper (thorough) cleaning and washing etc.

Uprooting completely, tree/ plants (upto 30 cm girth) from wall or any part of building upto double storey buildings, making good disturbed portion and filling holes in cement mortar (1:3)/ PCC (1:2:4) to match with the existing surfaces, and removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, PVC lid with clips, screws & locking device complete for 500litres capacity PVC water storage tank, cylindrical closed top pattern, fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair, stop valve of PTMT, (Minimum weight 90gms), any colour, high pressure, screwed for iron pipe 15mm dia bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair, stop valve of PTMT, (Minimum weight 92gms), any colour, high pressure, screwed for iron pipe 20mm dia bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick masonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, staging etc. and removal of rubbish outside MOD land and stacking of useful bricks/brickbats for reuse or credit, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour, brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, brick work (with old retrieved serviceable bricks) sub class 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed. Note : Bricks retrieved on demolition vide Serial Item No 40 shall be reused after proper cleaning and washing etc.

Material and labour, rendering plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on surfaces of walls other than fair face of brick work, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour, preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all specified and directed.

Note: The Total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit of Rs.163637.00 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit
