PERIODICAL SERVICES, REPAIR TO FIN/FACIA/CHAJJA AND ALLIED B AND R REPAIR WORKS INCLUDING CAMOUFLAGE PAINTING AT CERTAIN AREA AT AF STN PANAGARH UNDER GE (AF) PANAGARH

M&L for washing rubbing down and stopping of old cement base paint on boundary wall surfaces including brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efforescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of cement based paint on boundary wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- (i) After painting works, cleaning the surrounding area by the contractor by own arrangement (ii) No works of this item shall be executed within Defects Liability Period of old contract.(iii) Original purchase voucher of the item shall be submitted by the contractor to Engineer-in-Charge before taking any payment.)

M&L for washing rubbing down and stopping of old acrylic exterior paint other than boundary wall surfaces including brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efforescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of Acrylic Exterior Emulsion paint on other than boundary wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- (i) After painting works, cleaning of all floors, glass and furniture by own arrangement (ii) No works of this item shall be executed within Defects Liability Period of old contract.(iii) Original purchase voucher of the item shall be submitted by the contractor to Engineer-in-Charge before taking any payment.)

M&L for applying two coats of 100% premium quality acrylic emulsion paint (Apex ultima) having VOC less than 50gm/ Ltr and UV resistence as per IS 15489:2005, alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with slilicon additive @ 1.43 ltr/10 Sqm over and including a coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.902 ltr/ 10 Sqm with roller finish afte complete removal of existing old painted wall surfaces other than boundary wall all as specified and directed by GE. (Note:- (i) After painting works, cleaning of all floors, glass and furniture by own arrangement (ii) No works of this item shall be executed within Defects Liability Period of old contract.(iii) Original purchase voucher of the item shall be submitted by the contractor to Engineer-in-Charge before taking any payment.)

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- (i) After painting works, cleaning of all floors, glass and furniture by own arrangement (ii) No works of this item shall be executed within Defects Liability Period of old contract.(iii) Original purchase voucher of the item shall be submitted by the contractor to Engineer-in-Charge before taking any payment.)

M&L for writing letters or figures (block, Roman, italic or indian) n exc 30 cm height with synthetic enamel paint without brush marks, if necessary re-painted untill the desired result is obtain complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting /uprooting of tree of size 5 cm to 10 cm from walls of bldg up to extended root and spraying of acid of required quantity at any location of bldg upto tow storied and making good disturbed surfaces with cement mortal (1:4) or cement concrete (1:3:6), type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed aggregate including necessary scffolding/through rope with safety belt complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work, finished even and smooth without using extra cement after taking down old cement plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work, finished fair and even and smooth without using extra cement after taking down old cement plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on fair faces of concrete surface, as in ceiling and finished even and smooth without using extra cement after taking down old cement plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coats of interior emulsion paint (Apex ultima) over one coat of alkali resisitant primer paint over a layer of smooth wall putty finish punning 2 mm thick strictly as per manufacturer instruction with smooth roller finish complete all as specified and directed by GE. (Note:- (i) After painting works, cleaning of all floors, glass and furniture by own arrangement. (ii) Original purchase voucher of the item shall be submitted by the contractor to Engineer-in-Charge before taking any payment.)
