Supply, testing, installation, commissioning and calibration of online effluent monitoring system at designated location for online (continuous) measurement of pH, TSS, BOD and COD with GPRS based data transmission to CPCB/HSPCB server, including spectrophotmeter sensor for BOD,COD and TSS & pH sensor incl display terminal along with required signal cables, power cables, PVC piping, means for local data acquisition, display of data on continuous basis, and uplinking/uploading the data to CPCB/HSPCB servers using modem/internet/GPRS connection incl charges for data of SIM to be paid for 1 year complete all as specified and directed. Make: The contractor shall submit make for approval of GE before incorporation in work. The make should have CPCB/HSPCB certificate for using servers and certificate from OEM for authorization of data management. Note: 1. Water Analyser should be USEPA, TUV, CEPA approved and consented for use in waste-water applications. 2. Direct measurement for each parameter with direct parameter calibration, validation & analysis. 3. IP68 submersible sensors for real time analysis or sample pumping by peristaltic pumps and smaple conditioning required by the analyser. 4. The analyser should have no interference from high chloride, inorganics, color, TSS & Turbidity. 5. Water analyser should operate in full spectrum with UV & Visible double beam spectrophotometry. 6. Water analyser should use Multi-point calibration with automatic matrix change adaptability. The system should hold atleast 15 valid calibration points out of 24. 7. The contractor shall submit certificate from OEM for 3 years servicing and spares replacement, if any, without any extra cost to the department.

8. The quoted shall be inclusive of any type of additional civil work, electrical work, electronics work etc. required for successful commissioning of the analyser. 9. The quoted shall alos include integrtion of existing electromagnetic flow meter readings using RS 485/232 port and Modbus and uploading of the flow readings to CPCB/HSPCB server. SPECIFICATIONS FOR DISPLAY TERMINAL Display terminal should be high-performance 7 inch TFT VGA Color display, with embedded OS, main memory of 1 GB Ram and onboard memory of 4 GB, 4X LED function indicator, interface connections to spectrometric probes using 1 X MIL, IP 67, RS 485, 12 VDC. Interface connections to sensors via 4 x sys plug, IP 67, RS 485, 12 VDC. Interface to third party sensor via RS 485 Modbus. Compatible network connection of 802.11n a/b/g WIFI 300Mb/s Ethernet LAN. With option of interface to SCADA via Modbus RTU or TCP. Analog output of 4-20 mA, 4x relay output, 1x system error relay, outputs for automatic cleaning, housing material made up of powder coated aluminium alloy with IP 65 protection, conforming to EMC standard EN 61326-1 and safety standard EN 61010-1. SPECIFICATIONS OF pH SENSOR IP-68 Protection 1. Potentiometric measurement using combined, non porous reference electrodes with measuring range between 2 to 12. 2. Resolution of the measurement to be 0.01 pH and Accuracy to be 0.1 pH 3. Interface connection via sys plug, IP-68, RS 485, 12 VDC with cable type PU jacket 4. SS housing material, installation shall also include requirement of any civil work for making it submerged in outlet of STP 5. Automatic cleaning using compressed air OR automatic cleaning using H2SO4 and DM water solution.

SPECIFICATIONS OF SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC SENSOR IP-68 Protection 1. Measuring principle UV-Vis Spectrometry using xenion flash lamps 256 photo diodes. 2. Multiplarameter probe with sensor to monitor COD (0-800 mg/L), BOD(0-500 mg/L) and TSS (O-1000 mg/L). 3. Automatic cleaning with compressed air using appropriate pressure OR automatic cleaning using H2SO4 and DM water solution. 4. Referenec standard should be distilled water with minimum onboard memory of 656 KB. 5. DC power supply with interface connections using MIL connectors IP-67, RS 485. 6. Installation shall also include requirement of any civil work for marking it submerged in outlet of STP.
