Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead, complete all as specified and directed

Deemolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps ect, 40mm thick (with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed

Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone slab clour of black, Cherry/Runy Red or equivalent for flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18mm thick stone slab over 20mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing ect complete all as specified and directed

Providing and laying stone tile of Granite any colour and shade (polished) work for wall lining, riser, vertical surface ect, over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing in white cement, complete all as specified and directed

Providing edge moulding to 18mm thick granite work in kit counters, vanities, steps ect, including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc complete all as specified and directed

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/e fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts ect of required size on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangements as per approval of Engr-in-charge. (For payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, post trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer al complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described exe 10 cm in width or grith & applying with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

Taking down window chowkhats or frames not exc 1.5 Sqm each with shutters complete all as specified and directed
