RCC septic tank for 100 users designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC (1:4:8) below foundation, RCC M-30 design mix in walls, base slab, balffle walls and roof slab including beams etc with vent, manhoel opening with cover connection etc complete with effective depth of 1.5m and overall depth of 3m complete all as specified.

Soakage wells excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC (1:3:6), wall of honey combed masonary with top ring of M-25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M-25/SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 3.0m dia x 4.5m effective depth complete all as specified.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS

Material and labour for ductile iron pipe 100mm dia nominal bore with spigot and socketed end class K-7 suitable for rubber ring push on joints, laid in trenches, under the roads or fixed on wall with suitable clamps nuts, bolts and washers including rubber ring push on joints complete all as specified and directed Notes : 1. The DI fitting shall be measured and paid separately under respective items 2. Earth work will be measured and paid for separately 3. Material and labour for ISI marked CI/ ductile iron fittings up to size 200mm dia such as bends, tapers tale pieces, tee pieces (single branch) Y junction double branch, cross collars, caps and plug set including rubber ring push on joints complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe of 80mm dia bore 24 bore PN 1.6 including taking out unserviceable valve complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for valve pits of any size and constructing of brick masonry pits of internal dimensions size 0.6m x 0.6m x 0.6m (bottom PCC floor of the pit should be minimum 30cms below the bottom surface of sluice valve flange to provide sufficient working space), bottom floor of the pit be construction in PCC (1:3:6) 15cm thick with 20mm stone aggregate, inner and exposed surfaces and bottom floor of the pit should be plastered in CM (1:4) 15mm thick. The sluice valve and other fittings should be housed in center of the pit, the vertices of the pit should in right angle and champhered. RAIN WATER HARVESTING WORKS

Material and labour for boring 300mm in soft/ soil and getting out and disposal of spoil to a distance 50m using DMC method (Direct Mud Circulation Method) complete all as specified and shown on drg No CEJZ/STD-379/17 sheet 1/4 & 2/4.Note:- Pipe shall be measured and paid separately under respective items

Supply and laid in layers 3 to 5 size pea gravel as in rainwater harvesting recharge pit complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing plug cap 150mm bore complete all as specified and shown on drg No CEJZ/STD-379/17 sheet 1/4 & 2/4.

AIR CONDITIONING WORKS

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of air conditioner, 1.5 Ton split type (Indoor, outdoor unit) single phase, rotary compressor and condenser coil of copper having cooling capacity 4500K Cal per hour (1.5 Tone), BEE rating 3 star or above refrigerant type R410A/ R32 with cordless remote control unit complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 150 V to 285 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5 % and of capacity 4 KVA complete all as specified.

Supply and installation evaporative desert coolers (steel body) factory made 22 gauge PGI sheet of size 100 x 70 x 60cm approx, front and side panels are made of same gauge with wood wool pads having nominal air flow capacity of 4000 cfm, or nearest size, having exhaust fan motor of capacity 1/5 HP with 18" steel blade size, submersible pump of capacity 1/60 HP and powder coated complete all as specified.

Material and labour for fabrication of mild steel stand made out of MS angle iron and flat grade Fe-290, Gde E-165 of size as directed suitable for positioning the desert cooler including painting with two coat of (black) enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer and installed at location complete all as specified

ARBORICULTURE WORKS

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, separate the roots/grass and good earth by sieving with suitable sieve size , stacking of good earth & mixed with suitable manure of ratio 5:1 including supply of manure, screened through sieve of 1.5 designation 4.75 mm and spreading the mixture of good earth & manure , applying suitable pesticides , watering to a depth of 15cms, including removal of roots/grass out of site complete all as specified and directed by the Garrison Engineer

Material and Labour for developing Lawn by laying and dibbling of grass Stealers of 'DOOB GRASS' planting , roofing etc complete as approved and as directed by the Garrison engineer

Material & labour for developing and Planting "HEDGES" including 60cm wide laying and dibbling of Soil rows and watering , including excavation post holes for plant as required , returning filling with earth in necessary watering and finally fine dressing, levelling etc and complete including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and levelling , the distance between plants not exceeding 90cms complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. The following species for Hedges shall be used:- (a) Ixora (b) Hibiscus (c) Goudi-Choudi (d) Plumbago (e) Nerium Oleander (f) Tecoma Capsensis Eranthemum Note : The cost of earth, royality, manure & item transportation is deemed to be inlcuded in the unit rate quoted.

Supply & labour for developing and Planting of Bottle palm tree of height not less 4 feet including exavation in post holes of size 60 cm X 60 cm X 60 cm or according to the plant size and plant the trees straight inside the pit and fill up the pit with the earth along with inorganic fertilise manure (compost) in the proportion (3:1) and remove and spread the surplus excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supply & labour for developing and Planting of Gulmohar tree (Delonix regia) of height not less 2 feet including exavation in post holes of size 60 cm X 60 cm X 60 cm or according to the plant size and plant the trees straight inside the pit and fill up the pit with the earth along with inorganic fertilise manure (compost) in the proportion (3:1) and remove and spread the surplus excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supply & labour for developing and Planting of Amaltas tree (Cassia fistula) of height not less 2 feet including exavation in post holes of size 60 cm X 60 cm X 60 cm or according to the plant size and plant the trees straight inside the pit and fill up the pit with the earth along with inorganic fertilise manure (compost) in the proportion (3:1) and remove and spread the surplus excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing for Garden bench 'Three Seater" with overall dimensions of 72" Width x 24" Depth x 33" Height of approved superior Quality of weight not less than 60kgs , sides made out of cast iron with inbuilt arm rest with seat and back made with MS ractagular pipe of size 50mm x 12mm( MS pipe having weight not less than 1.5kg per RM), cast iron legs shall be provieded with MS flat iron lugs of size 40mm x 3mm, 150mm length embeded in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 block of size 200mm x 200mm x 200mm, including provieding two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to garden bench including necessary earth work complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

EARTH FILLING WORKS

Material and labour for earth filling for site development brought from outside defence land and lead including watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed.
