Earth work in excavation by manual means for foundations , drains, pipe, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width) and for shafts wells cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5 mtr including the disposal of excavated earth upto 1 Mfor the cutting edge , disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work upto plinth level with 1:5:10(1 cement: 5 coarse sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work upto plinth level with 1:3:6(1 cement :3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Dumping of stone incluing supply of items

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath and courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles, including rubbing, cleaning and curing complete, on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4(1 cement:4 coarse sand). Ordinary cement without any pigment (square tile).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Walls (any thickness ) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and strong courses etc.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 mtr lead

12 mm Cement plasster of mix 1:6 (1 cement :6 fine sand) incl. all the leads lifts carriages complete job.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate ) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. 50 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Providing and placing on terrace (at the floor levels ) polyethylene water storage tank ISI: 12701 marked ,with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank [Sintex, Electroplast, Star, Lotus or equivalent having valid ISI license] including all fittinngs required for its functioning

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and conolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth and curing complete

Removing dry or oil bound distemper , water proofing cement paint and the hike by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surfae smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm , of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and snooth complete

Distempering with 1st quality Acrylic /oil bound washable distemper (ready-made) having VOC content less than 50grams/litreof approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour completer as per manufacturer 's specifications , one or more coats on old work

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade: Old work (one or more coats applied coats applied @2.20 kg/10sqm) over priming coat of printer applied @ 0.80 litres /10 sqm complete including cost of printing coat.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: One or more coats on old work.

Sign board incl. carriage Painting , writing ,priming & fixing in position complete job of size 3'6" x3'6" with vertical iron angle 2no of size 40x40x6 mm iron angle of height 5 rft with 1mm thick M.S sheet LMR

Providing and fixing GI pipes complete with GI fittings and clamps including cutting and making good the walls etc. 20mm dia nominal bore medium
