M&L for sub main wiring complete with 2 runs of 6 sq.mm PVC insulated and unsheathead 1100V grade FRLSH multistranded copper conductor and drawn through in and including PVC conduit of medium grade and condiut accessaries of suitable size concealed in walls with, necessary civil works for making good distrubed surface, and/or laid on surfaces over ceilings/columns etc and connecting terminal ends to meters and DB's including of 1 run of 6 Sq.mm insulated multistanded FRLSH copper cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly, including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed. Note;- (i) Two runs of 6 Sq.mm copper conductor, one run of 6 sq.mm copper earth continuity conductor and one run of suitable size of PVC rigid conduit and required conduit accessaries shall be measured as one unit length. (ii) Extra lenght of cable / wire required for connection to MCBs shall not be measured and the measured and the rate quoted per unit shall deemed to be inclusive of the same acordingly.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep bellow ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m bellow normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia. by means of galvanized iron or steel bolts , nuts , check nuts and washers, and connected to equipments as directed , including funnel with GI med grade watering pipe 20 mm bore , wire mesh , charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode , with concrete pit in PCC 1 : 3 : 6 type C-1 , 50 mm thick pre cast RCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B-1 cover slab reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bar 15 cm C/C and suitable handle of 10 mm dia round bar ,GI medium grade pipe for earth lead protection including necessary excavation earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n.exc. 50 m and necessary testing complete all as shown on electrical plate No. 5 of MES SSR Part-I, including taking down old one and as directed.

M&L for taking down KWH and keep in safe custody and refixing the same as including necessary electric connection from main to KWH meter and KWH meter to out going distribution board complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling and taking down Geyser of 25/50 liters capacity of any make and pattern from the existing position and removing bolts and nuts, opening and taking out all internal unserviceble parts, leak testing of the inner container, refixing the same in original position after necessary repairs complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Replacement of unserviceble parts will be measured and paid separately under relevent item of this schedule 'A'.

S&F Heating element of any size of capacity 1000 watt to 2000 watt of any type round or triangular. Complete all as directed by Engrs-In -charge

Taking down the existing unserviceable ceiling of any make/ model and sweep for overhauling / servicing after disconnecting carefully cleaning and checking for unserviceable components, and replacing the defective components such as bearing, rubber bush/bolt, gunmetal bush, capacitor flexible chord and shaft / painting etc., including assembling after lubricating the movable components and installing in its original position connecting, testing and commissioning all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Item No.48 above but Pedastal Fan of Sweep 230/300/450/600mm.

All as per item No.48 above but single phase Exhaust fans and Air Circulator from any height installed in workshops. Note:- Bearing/ Gunmetal bush/ rubber bush bolt/ capacitor/ Rewinding / cord flexiable / shaft shall be measured and paid separately under relavent items of Sch ‘A’.

Supply & fixing rubber bush/bolt /clamps and connected items suitable for ceiling fan of any make/model/ type sweep of 1200/1400 mm all as specified and directed

Supplyand fixing shaft suitable for ceiling fan / Exhaust fan/ pedestal fan/ wall mounted fan/ Air circulator of any make/model and sweep with necessary machining work all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing cord flexible copper conductor, twin core 0.50 Sqmm 1.5m long PVC insulated unsheathed 415 volts grade for ceiling fans all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Make : Finolex/Fine Cab

M & L for Ceiling fan of 1200 / 1400 mm sweep rewinding of any make/model of fans including removal of existing burnt windings carefully from the slots, cleaning the slots thoroughly with necessary cleaning agent, applying slot insulation and rewinding with super enmelled copper conductor of same gauge/same number of turns as that of existing and connecting the coils suitable to operate on 230 volts single-phase AC supply permanent capacitor type, tying the windings and applying air dry insulating arnish and drying the windings thoroughly all as specified and directed.

Exhaust fan of 230/300mm sweep, Pedestal/ wall mounted fan of 400 mm sweep

Exhaust fan of 450 mm sweep / Air circulator of 450/600 mm sweep.

Supply only ball bearing suitable for ceiling fan / wall mounting fan/Pedestal fans of any Sweep any make / model all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Make : SKF/NBC/TATA/Usha
