Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge or thickess as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for prepanted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour havig tensile stength 550 Mpa as in roof covering fxed with self tappig GI screws / L type or J type hook all as specfied & diected by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for prepanted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour havig tensile stength 550 Mpa as in ridge for roof covering fxed with self tappig GI screws / L type or J type hook all as specfied & diected by Engineer in Charge.

S&F mild steel flat iron for wind tie etc including necessary drilling holes and fixing with necessary self drilling and self tapping screws/bolts and nuts, neoprene and limpet washers with 150mm end laps wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated brick/ concrete plastered / un-plastered surfaces of walls pillars cornices and M&L for one coat of antifungal weather proof emulsion paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M/L preparing old decorated surface of walls, including brooming down and cleaning the surface and applying one coat of distemper (oil emulsion) of any tint on walls all as directed

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of roof of any type including bedding layers of plaster etc. and removing debris from site complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge

M&L for water proofing treatement to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising with the following course of treatement/ specifications from bottom to top:- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 ltrs per sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. (b) One layer of APP based polymeric membranes of approved manufacturers, 3 mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 kg/sqm, reinforced with non woolen polyster fabric or weight not less than 150 gms/sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet walls and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. Note: (i) Laying of APP based membranes shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100 mm and 75 mm should be made in the end sides of polymeric membranes respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as manufacturer's instructions. (c) Applying two coats of Aluminium paint on top of APP membranes.

Dismantling of existing unservieable ciling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards / slab /blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specfied and directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM on other than fair face of brick or concrete surfaces mixed with and including liquid water proofing complound (as per manufecturer's instructions) finihed even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on ceiling in CM(1:3) fnsihed een and smooth without using extra cement all as directed by Engineer in Charge

S&F anodised aluminium snap grid frame (with minimum 15 micron uniform anodic coating) size of 605mm x 605mm consisting of Tee/Angle section, size 40 x 40 x 2mm as approved make confirming to IS-733 in frame of false ceiling including aluminium cleat with necessary CP brass/stainless steel shunk screws. Aluminium perimeter angles fixed to wall/wooden frame at centre to centre and fixing frames to level adjusting anchors 8mm dia GI wire with hook in Tee members at 1.5m centre to centre fixed to steel trussed roof complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 4mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/inserted to aluminium frame work with screw in ceiling complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&l for preparation of old decorated plasered surface of wall and applying two coat of oil bound distemper complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceilings etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specifeid and directed.

M & L rendering in 15 mm thick in cement morter 1:4 on fair face of concrete surface or brick work surface of wall finished even and smooth finish w/o using extra cement complete all as specifid and directed.
