M&L 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) to brick or concrete wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in two layers each of 10+5 mm thick on one side of lathing in cement mortar (1:4) & second layer mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed. (Note -W.P.C. shall be measured and paid seperately)

M&L 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) to ceilings, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.50 mm thick TCT (total coated thickness) pre-coloured galvalume sheets with minimum base metal thickness of 0.45 mm, single skin high rib/multi rib profile galvalume sheeting having 1000-1020 mm width and 28-30 mm high crest @ maximum 250-255 mm pitch (centre) with sheets manufactured out of 0.50 mm this TCT (total coated thickness) high tensile galvalume sheets having tensile strength 550 MPA with 18-20 micron top coat over 5 micron primer and 8-10 micron alkyld backer zinc aluminium alloy AZ-150, sheets having a dip metallic zinc (43.5%0 aluminium (55%) & silicon (1.5%) with total mass coating of 150 gms/sqm on both sides, having wide pans with minimum 3 small stiffening ribs for effective water shedding and special male/female ends with full return legs on laps for purlin support and fixed as per existing profile of roof complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No. 12 above but 0.50 mm thick coloured plain galvalume sheet as in ridge/valley gutter of roof.

S&F 6 mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated sheet in roof, wall fixed with L type or J type hook complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) area exc 1.5 Sqm and n.exc.4.00 Sqm each wooden all as directed.

The size of rail & style as per IS:1003(Part-I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick Factory made 2nd class hard wood glazed & skleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to received glass, gauge etc.(without sash bars) edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc, size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I section 8, clause 8.20(a) complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing new surface of wood or wood based material of any description and in any position not otherwise described n.exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of wood primer complete all as directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, steel and iron work, new or old, of any description and girth, treating ends of posts, back of chowkhats etc, with tar or coal tar black paint, area tarred exc 0.1 sqm but n. exc 0.5 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing old treated surfaces of wood or wood based material of any description and in any position not otherwise described n.exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed.

M&L mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washers etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161:2014 grade St-240 complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Quoted rates shall be deemed to include for cutting to dead length where required, notching, drilling, fitting, riveting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or bolts and nuts), providing and fitting angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plates etc., also for wedging, plumbing, truing up and fixing complete)

M&L for RCC 1:1½:3, type A1 (nominal mix) (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5 mtr span complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Reinforcement to be measured and paid separately).

S&F in repairs PVC insulated & sheathed stranded copper cable 3 core of cross sectional area 1.5 Sqmm for providing necessary electrical connection from junction box to light fittings including with suitable size copper lugs incl taking down existing cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs LED Street Light fitting 35W/36W, in pressure die cast aluminium housing with lens and toughened glass cover with integrated constant current electronic driver, incl taking down existing fitting complete all as specified and directed and complying with the following specifications:-. (a) minimum efficacy 110 lumen/watt (b) CRI not less than 70, (c) THD < 30% (c) having in built short circuit and surge protection upto 5 kV (d) colour temperature not less than 5700 degree K (e) life not less than 25000 hours of operation (f) Weather protection grade: IP66 (NOTE: (1) List of approved makes has been provided in particular specifications. Contractor shall ensure that luminaire provided comply with the aforesaid specifications. No claim shall be entertained during currency of work.. Supply, Laying and testing XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor cable of size 10 sqmm 4 core, laid in trench or fixed to wall/passing through pipe/pole complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Necessary earth work, if required, shall be measured and paid separately.
