Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed.

100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base, complete all as specified and directed.

Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Chequered cement concrete tiles 300mm x 300mm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and pointed in white cement and pigment to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block with grey cement and no pigment of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade laid over and including 50mm thick sand coushoning, complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in copings and benching, plinth bands bed blocks kerb or mud stops,rounded or chamfered angles and edges, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc for shafts, wells,cesspits, man holes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation fillings or mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Brick work with subclass 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exe 6mtr mean radius in CM 1:6, complete all as specified.

Returning, Filling in soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm, complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated material to a distance exc 250m and not exc 500m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtr above starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick wall surface or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including all necessary scaffolding, complete all as specified and directed.

Applying three coats of white wash including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified.

Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 - 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300 x 200 mm x7mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as in skirting and dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 10mm thick plastering in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

75mm thick, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate finished even and fair as in plinth protection laid in alternate panels including joints filling by using mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 mixed with three parts of coarse sand by weight, complete all as specified.

Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.
