PROVIDING, LAYING AND COMPACTION OF BITUMINIOUS READY MIX(HMP) FOR BC 30 MM THICK AND CORRECTION WORK WITH BM 50 MM THICK AND APPLYING TACK COAT AS PER CLAUSE-503 CONFIRMING MORT&H SPECIFICATIONS (FIFTH REVISION)
Providing, laying and compaction of 30 mm thick BC (Bituminous Concrete) layer including preparation and correction of existing surface with pre-coated stone chips grading confirming to Table: 500-17 and aggregates satisfying the physical requirement of table 500-16 of MORT&H specifications of Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision) mixed with minimum 5.6% bitumen VG-30 (Viscosity Grade-30) by weight of total mix and 2% filler by weight of total mix and 2% filler by weight of mix complete in all respect and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing laying and compaction of 50 mm thick (Bituminous Macadam) for correction work with precoated stone chips grading confirming to Table:500-7 and aggregates satisfying the physical requirement of Table 500-6 of MORT&H Specifications for road and bridge works (Fifth Revision) mixed with 3.6% VG-30 ( Viscosity Grade) Bitumen by mass of total mix and rolled/compacted as per MoRT&H Specifications (Fifth revision) to the required specification all as specified ( Net Length 20.657 KM) on R-H road all as specified by Engineer-In-Charge/OC Contract
Providing and applying Tack Coat over Bitumen Emulsion using emulsion pressure distributer @2.5 Kg/10 Sqm (RS-1 grade) or using low viscosity grade paving bitumen of VG-10 grade using bitumen pressure distributer on prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom, all complete as per clause 503 of MoRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge (5th Revision) complete in all respect all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing and applying Road marking with thermoplastic paint (2.5 mm thick) conforming to MOST: 803.4 including preparation of surface complete in all Respect as specified and directed by Engineer -In -Charge.
