(b) Cleaning of bathroom/ toilets once in a day with water, detergent, phenyl etc. daily in working days inclusive of Cost of detergents and other toiletaries as per the direction of Engineer ln-Charge.

Up keeping of concrete pavement/ Black topped road excluding coal transport road by brooming and disposal of collected debris/ waste at collection pit/ dustbins or at specified locations within a lead of 50 metres including all tools & plants like spade, basket, brooms with handle stick complete as per the direction of Engineer-ln-Charge.

Supply and providing of black phenyl (BENGAL CHEMICAL Lamp brand) or its equipment approved brand in sealed container of 450 ml capacity as per direction of Engineer In-charge.

Supply and providing harpic solution or its equivalent approved brand for cleaning of toilets as and when required basis as directed by Engineer In-charge.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source, including carriage upto 5 km lead complete (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) Screened through sieve of l.S. designation 20 mm

Collection of garden wastes from different places of township and disposal of the same at a suitable place away from colony premises by suitable mechanical arrangement (Tractor of carrying capacity of 3 cum) including loading, unloading etc complete with all leads as per direction of Engineer In-charge.(Tractor should be engaged daily and no garden waste shall be dumped in the colony premises. Tractor trip from colony to outside should be duly supported by exit pass/gate pass at colony main entrance secuirty post.)
