Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25)(b) Satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor for similar works such as Removal of Lantana, other weed species and Protection of Grass land ie, Rs. 25.00 Lakhs

Each Tenderer should further demonstrate (b) Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than 30% of the amount of contract ie., 14.80 Lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.)

Each Tenderer should further demonstrate(a) Availability of owning the following key and critical equipment for this work -Tractor with Trailor/Lorry/Tipper for transportation

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25)(a) Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover ie., 100.00 lakhs

Tenderer should be registered with (i)Contractor registration certificate registered at any forest Divisions of Karnataka Forest Department for 2025-26

GST, PAN, Adhar and IT Returns

The Certificate copy by Range Forest Officer, wildlife Range Mysuru regarding Site visit of Contractor with RFO

The Tenderer should have the Palatable local Grasses in his nursery / any other place belongs to tenderer and tenderer should have stock of seeds of Palatable local Grasses (Both annual and perennial grass such as A) Oplismenus burmannii B) Heteropogon Contortus C) Themdeda quadrivalvis D) Celosia Argentiana D) Cynodon Dactylon etc) to plant on lantana/weed removal area. And it should be get certified by not below rank of ACF, field inspection with Geo-tagged photos
