Surface excavation not excluding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 deep and getting out in soft/loose soil. Complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not excluding 1.5 m wide and not exculding 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not excluding 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thickc omplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with Fly ash brick (using old size bricks)straight or curved on plain exc 6m mean radious built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finishing fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 1mm thick average wall care putty on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for finishing wall with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shed on new surfaces (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10Sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete (Nominal Mix) 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in footing, walls,beams and columns,roof projections ,canopies and shelves including necessay form work etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over as in reinforcement cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binded with steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia ro secruing with clips confirming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0 complete all as directed.

Ditto all as per item No 12 above but for 8mm dia confirming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0 for stirrups complete all as directed.

M&L for swimming pool tiles (Joint free, Pool tiles) of size 247mm x 122mm x 8mm thick over High performance epoxy Grout as per manufactures instruction and pointed in white or coloured epoxy Grout to match the floor, they are heat proof water proof, UV stabilized complete all as specified and directed. Ditto all as per item No-14 above but on wall surfaces over High performance epoxy Grout as per manufactures instruction and pointed in white or coloured epoxy Grout complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Vitrified Outdoor Coloured tiles of 9-10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished , area of each tiles excluding 0.09 sqm but not exclding 0.16 sqm each in floors etc. set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete.

Taking up or down GI tubing including GI fittings complete from trench/wall/ceiling/floor suitable for 20 mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down GI tubing including GI fittings complete from trench/wall/ceiling/floor suitable for 25 mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down GI tubing including GI fittings complete from trench/wall/ceiling/floor suitable for 40/50 mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair cast iron pipes both ends spigot and socket ends/ screwed flanged in any length for 100 mm dia bore sizes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F & testing DI/CI Fittings any size, such as bends(any type, radius & angle) tappers any type (Straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket or both end flanged etc) Tee pieces, single branch 'Y' junction double branch, cross (all socket or spigot & socket or both end flanged), collars, caps, connecting piece and plugs etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting cast iron pipes in position for insertion of new tee, collars or any other special complete all as specified and directed.

S & F cast iron sluice valve of size 150 mm dia, with stainless steel spindle and cast iron hand wheel complying with IS:14846-2000, class PN 1.6 both ends flanged with 2 Nos rubber insertion gasket joints, nuts, bolts and washers of required size and Nos, complete including removing of old unserviceable one, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Gun metal, globe or gate valve 15 mm bore with iron hand wheel head , screwed both ends for iron pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation lowering in borewell alongwith existing serviceable column pipe against Item No 25 & replacement against old unsv column pipe 100 mm dia received from Items given here-in-before and jointing cable & loweing), testing and commissioning multi stage submersible pumping set having discharge capcity minimum 1000 LPM at 70 mtr head driven by three phase 415 Volt electric motor of capacity not less than 25 HP with stainless steel shaft and impeller etc complete all as specified and directed. Supply and (to be lowered under item No 39) MS column pipe of size 100 mm dia class 'C' 6 mtr long, both end flanged heavy duty screwed and welded complete all as specified and directed.
