Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level.) & removing unserviceable materials out side MoD land, complete, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts.

Dismantling concrete poles / struts any size complete, all as specified & directed.

Dismantling AC sheet (Corrugated, Semi corrugated etc) as in roofs etc complete all as specified

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

Demolition of brick/stone masonry built in cement/lime mortar of any mix and stacking serviceable stones aside for reuse & removing unserviceable materials in low laying area, complete, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, surface finished fair and even complete all as specified.

M&L factory made 60mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of Grade M-35 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with grey cement and pigment compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished fair and even complete all as specified. Note :- Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid to slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 3 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3).

M&L for factory made chequered cement concrete tiles, 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement & pigment, over & including 20mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6, complete, all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor, top surface finished fair & even (PCC shall be laid in alternate bays in panels of size not exc 2m x 2m or as directed) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade ‘A’ all as specified and directed.

S&F for 75mm thick steel fibre reinforced (SFRC) man hole cover with iron frames (medium) complying to the standard specifications as mentioned in the IS 12592 BIS Standard, minimum load bearing capacity 5 ton/sqm, in square, rectangular or circular shape complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors and similar works of Gde E-165(Fe 290) including welding etc. complete all as specified & as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/ loose soil.

S&F mild steel work such as angle iron in posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including necessary welding where required as per site requirement and other similar works complete, conforming to Gde E-165 (Fe 290).

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match, set in CM 1:6 all as specified & as directed.

M&L precast cement concrete (1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) louvers and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in CM 1:4 all as specified & as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and bending with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete, all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 25.00 here-in-above but 6 to 8mm dia.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete as in post hole.

S&F mild steel round bars as in tie bars fixed to fencing posts including cut to length, bent to shape, welding of bar at spots as directed and other similar works, conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt not exc 10cm and dia of neck 16 to 20 mm complete all as specified.

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing any size or type as directed complete all as specified. Note:- (i) Flat iron, round bars, nut bolts and washer shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) The weight of chain link fencing shall be measured by the BOO.

Fixing only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire. Note :- Supply only chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directed. Note :- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

Restraining & resecuring existing galvanized steel barbed wire including making good staples etc as directed (each line wire to be measured)

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair face of brick work of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

M&L preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surface of walls & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with old size sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L brick work with FLY ASH BRICKS {As per IS-13757 (1993) burnt clay fly ash building bricks}, (OLD SIZE BRICKS) straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and benching including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement Note : Forming fair finished channel for drain using extra cement shall be measured and paid for separately.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

M&L rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for 300mm bore reinforced concrete pipe, class NP2, laid and jointed (in CM 1:1) complete with collars all as specified & as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel as in Joist, channel, angle or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length directed) and similar work conforming to Gde E-250 (Fe 410-W) quality `A’ all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or ‘L’ type or ‘J’ type or cranked hooks bolts complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based sheeting in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length & girth as fixed) with grade of Zinc coating 275 complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 18mm thick Granite slab of approved shade, as in platform etc, bedded & jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match with shade of Granite stone including cutting, grinding and polishing (mirror polish i.e. full granite polish as per local trade practice) all as specified & as directed.
