Quote for following items.

Filtration and dehydration of transformer oil of A. 750 KVA, 11KV / 440V transformer (Oil Quantity : 850 Lit x 3 machines = 2550 Lit) B. 750 KVA, 11KV / 440V transformer (Oil Quantity : 770 Lit x 2 machines = 1540 Lit) (on load) till the dielectric strength of transformer oil withstands at least 50 KV for one minute as per ISS:335/1983, testing of dielectric strength of oil after filtration in test set in presence of our representative and submitting dielectric test certificate by using STREAMLINE OIL Filtering Machine (or similar machine) adopting heating and vacuum process. Frequency : Once a year

Testing of acidity contents of the samples of transformer oil through M/s. Briggss Analytical Bureau and submitting the Test Certificate to the Dairy Authority. Frequency : Once a year

Transportation charges for carrying the filtering equipments to our site and back. (we will only provide necessary electricity for running of filtering machine with heater. Filtering equipments and all other working accessories shall be provided by you). Frequency : Once a year

Checking & repairing of the following items shall be done. Frequency : Once a year a) H.T. & L.T. Bushing, b) Gaskets, c) H.T. & L.T. Cable termination, d) Temperature meter, e) Buchholz relay with allied circuitry, f) Silica gel breather, g) HT switchgear panel control circuitry

Scrapping and spray painting of the above transformers and fencing of the transformer yard as and when required. Paints will be supplied by Mother Dairy. Painting apparatus shall be brought by you. Frequency : Once a year

Besides the above works, your competent representative should visit Mother Dairy once in every 2 months throughout the contract period and will check for satisfactory performance of the transformers with all the other items and will do necessary repairing, rectification and replacement, if required. For this regular visit you shall be paid a service charge on submission of bill with service report certified by the competent authority of Mother Dairy. No other service / labour charge shall be paid during this period. If any material is required (except tools), it shall be supplied by Mother Dairy. If supplied by you as per specification and details of Mother Dairy, the cost will be reimbursed by Mother Dairy. Besides one time visit as above you shall attend any type of trouble shutting within 24 hours of telephonic communication during the contract period. Faliure to attend the call may attract penalty as decided by the Competent Authority. Frequency : Once in two months
