M&L light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 8-10 mm thick polished area of each tiles exc 0.36 sqm but n. exc 0.42 Sqm, of any shade and any pattern (Pattern consists combination of two or more tiles) as in floor etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement to match colour tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and pointed in colored cement to match coloured tiles complete all as specified and as directed. (The Colour,shade and pattern shall be approved by the GE during execution work). (No extra cost shall be allowed for Removing and re-fixing and necessary cutting of door etc if any required during execution of work

M&L Non skid coloured ceramic tiles of any shade and any pattern of size (Pattern consists combination of two or more tiles ) exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm 7 to 8-10mm thick, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 as in floors etc. jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement to match coloured tiles complete all as specified and as directed. (The Colour,shade and pattern shall be approved by the GE during execution work). (No extra cost sahll be allowed for Removing and re-fixing and necessary cutting of door etc if any required during execution of work)

M&L for glazed ceramic Coloured tiles of any shade and any pattern of size (Pattern consists combination of two or more tiles ) in vertical surface 450x350x7-8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the tiles over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and granite laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons cills or platform etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Granite 18 mm thick of any type work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, treads jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms, other platforms and like over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified. including pointing in white cement or colour cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite( including moulding etc) including rounding and moulding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down aluminium doors and windows of any description including complete aceessories of any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix powder coated aluminium frame for doors/windows/ventilators minimum thickness of powder coating is 50 micron with one or more rebates etc as in windows/ ventilators including necessary joining cleat, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Glass shall be paid separately under relevant items.

Supply and fix powder coated aluminium window and ventilator shutters s door shutter,side hung type without sash bars aluminium section of weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleat, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handle 2 Nos in doors, hinges 01 No per shutter of windows , snap beading etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Glass shall be paid separately under relevant items.

Supply and fix powder coated aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/ m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos and 03 Nos of hinges in each door, powder coated aluminium snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for all items of this Schedule :- (i) (SITE FOR EXECUTION OF WORK) Tenderer shall note that work shall be executed at dispersal area. Site for execution of work will be made available to contractor on Saturday, Sunday, Holidays and non operational days or when site will made available by GE/ Engineer-in Charge after consultation of users, due to constant operational commitment at Station. The contractor will have to arrange his working programme accordingly. No claim whatsover, for not giving the entire site, on award of work and giving the site gradually will be entertained.The contractor shall consider this aspect while quoting rates.
