Supplying of SFRC Manhole covers & frames conforming to IS – 12592 (Part I) using M-35 concrete having clear opening of 560 mm dia as per details below:

(b) Medium Duty: . Over all Total Size in height mm mm Frame Detials 770 110 Cover Details 670 60 APPROVED MAKES : Nimco precast Pvt. Ltd., K.K, TeraFerma, Kreative Concrete Company, UP Concrete products. Contractor to submit procurement vouchers along with the bill.

Providing, supplying, lowering, laying & jointing of class SN-8 structured wall polythylene piping system (pipe with online/ offline coupler and elastomeric sealing ring) with non smooth external anular corrugated and smooth internal surface (double wall) for non pressure underground sewerage & drainage application as per EN: 13476-3/IS 16098 (part -2) : 2013, polythylene piping fitted with help of coupler attached with one end of pipes, sliding over the elastomeric sealing rubber ring placed on the specified valley of the corrugation at the spigot end, lowering the same into the trench, laying at prescribed gradient, depth and alignment, testing the water tightness of the joint, ensuring the continuity tests of the specified pipe segments etc including all local and central taxes, transportaion, octroi, loading and unloading charges of fittting, provided with all necessary fittings (cost of fittings , rubber rings/gaskets etc complete) including filling in of granular materials laid and compacted (fine sand, fine sand shall be paid separately). Internal dia of pipe 250 mm & thickness of pipe as specified in IS 16098 (Part – 2) : 2013, Clause 6.3.1 table No.5, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M/L brick work with Machine Moulded Modular Bricks of class designation 100 in brick work including making horizontal and vertical grooves 10 mm wide and 12 m deep complete in cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) above ground surface all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supplying & Fixing SFRC gratings confirming to IS 12592 (Part I) 70 mm thick square or rectangular in shape as directed by Engineer-in-charge using M-35 concrete of any size and shape, square or rectangular. APPROVED MAKES : Nimco precast Pvt. Ltd., K.K, TeraFerma, Kreative Concrete Company, UP Concrete products. Contractor to submit procurement vouchers along with the bill.

Supplying & fixing SFRC gratings confirming to IS 12592 (Part I) 100 mm thick square or rectangular in shape as directed by Engineer-in-charge using M-35 concrete concrete of any size and shape, square or rectangular. APPROVED MAKES : Nimco precast Pvt. Ltd., K.K, TeraFerma, Kreative Concrete Company, UP Concrete products. Contractor to submit procurement vouchers along with the bill.
