Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with all lead and lifts.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with all lead and lifts – Tiles of 10mm to 25mm thickness.

Removing, repairing and re-fixing the door shutters by taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and re-fixing of prepared door shutters to existing doorframe, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 15 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sieved sand) on the rough side of single or half brick/ stone wall including rounding of all corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness 9mm or 10mm) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Vitrified tiles of 600mm x 600mm size.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge - Polished Granite stone slab Black, Cherry Red, Brown, Cat Eye, River Pink or equivalent.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per square meter, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade, two coats on new work after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge – Wall and Ceiling surface.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, One coat on old work as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge – painting on wood/ wooden based surface.

Providing and fixing to wall, ceiling and floor UPVC pipes of 40kgf/sq.cm. working pressure, Chemp plast/ Wavin or equivalent make, with pipe fittings, wall clips, making good the wall, ceiling and floor, including cost of all materials, labour charges, HOM of equipment and testing complete as per the specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-charge – 15mm dia. UPVC pipes.

Providing and fixing to wall, ceiling and floor UPVC pipes of 40kgf/sq.cm. working pressure, Chemp plast/ Wavin or equivalent make, with pipe fittings, wall clips, making good the wall, ceiling and floor, including cost of all materials, labour charges, HOM of equipment and testing complete as per the specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-charge – 40mm outer dia. UPVC pipes.

Providing and fixing Brass full way valve gate with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end) – 40mm size nominal bore.

Providing and fixing C.P. brass long body bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS standards and weighing not less than 690 g.

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require - White Vitreous China Flat-back wash-basin of size 550x 400 mm with single 15 mm C.P. brass pillar tap, CP Brass Angle valve conforming to IS:8931, 40mm dia. Flexible PVC waste pipe and 15mm dia., 450mm length connection pipe.
