REPAIR/MAINT OF HARDSTANDING, DRAIN AND OTHER MISC B/R ITEMS AT SUBATHU UNDER GE KASAULI

Schedule 'A' Section - I

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete, 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring/hardstanding etc, laid in alternate bays finishing cement concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, coloured Prepolished chequered cement concrete tiles 300x300x25mm thick, factory made, ISI marked (IS 13801-1993), with grey cement & pigment, laid with neat cement slurry as in path, pavement ,floors, etc. @ 3Kg/Sqm over & including 20mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6), pointed in white cement with matching colour pigment, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, first quality vitrified parking tiles of approved make and shade, Johnson Endura PRM (300 × 300 × 10 mm) or equivalent, with matt anti-skid finish, laid to level and slope on cement mortar bedding (paid separately), including necessary cutting with tile cutter, filling joints with matching colour grout, curing, cleaning of surface and removal of debris, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Providing, cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in drain both side kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling of stone slabs and PCC tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc, laid beded and pointed in any mortar and removing the rubbish outside of MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for precast cement concrete with grey cement and pigment, vibratory rubber moulded, interlocking designer paver blocks, in any and shape, confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade in path, hard standing, etc. laid over bedding layer of sand complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for precast cement concrete with grey cement and pigment, vibratory rubber moulded, interlocking designer paver blocks, in any and shape, confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 grade in path, hard standing, etc. laid over bedding layer of sand complete, all as specified and as directed.
