Demolition of roof padding concrete in any thickness including plaster, existing water proofing treatment and leeping in any position complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate, as in padding, coping etc., laid in proper slope and gradient, using with water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing liquid compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply only Liquid integral Water proofing admixture. Make: Pidilite/ Fosroc/water seal/Acco proof/Cico

M&L for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement sand slurry in CM 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roughening of old concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc., and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3 kg/Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for provision of water proofing treatment by using APP torch on mineral/ slate finished membrane over roof and vertical surfaces including preparation of surfaces and applying oil based bituminous primer coat @ 0.3 ltr per Sqm on clean and dry surface and then providing APP membrane having non woven. polyster film reinforcement with 3 mm thick and weight not less than 3.00 kg/Sqm and finished on top with mineral/ slate finished torch on system laid with 100 mm & 150 mm over lap on side & end laps respectively laid over rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4, using water proofing liquid @ 200 ml/50 kg of cement, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing liquid will be measured & paid separately under respective item.

M&L for cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 20-22 mm thick or 30cm x 30cm x 20-22 mm thick machine cut and polished factory made confirming to IS-1237 (ISI Mark) with grey cement and no pigment laid in neat cement slurry, laid over 15 mm thick cement mortar screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:3 and 4 mm wide joint filled with FEVIMATE-TG of DR FIXIT or PIDILITE industries ltd or tile Glue of STP ltd as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 Type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railing upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apes stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PVC (SWR) 110 mm dia pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) 110mm bore bends of any radius, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PVC clamps for 110 mm dia pipes of any length with rubber joint fixed to wall for rain pipe of any height fixing with necessary screws bolts etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for earth continuity conductor fixed with porcelain/ Fibre/ Bakelite insulator on wall/ floor/ roof/ pole fixing in wall with Saddles, clamps and on poles or recess or chases as required 30X5 mm galvanised iron earth strip, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earth continuity conductor fixed with porcelain/ Fibre/ Bakelite insulator on wall/ floor/ roof/ pole fixing in wall with Saddles, clamps and on poles or recess or chases as required 25X3 mm aluminium earth strip, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for air termination, single pointed copper rod 12mm dia and 300 mm long complete with fixing arrangement on top of the 50mm GI pipe all as specified and directed.

S&F test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos, 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head brass screws, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for galvanised iron tubing 40 mm dia medium grade to be fixed on building for fixing copper air termination rod on top of building/ roof with grouting in PCC all fitting as required at site, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1 : 3 : 6 Type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), as in copping of pole including necessary formwork weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating exposed surfaces finished fair and even , complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to galvanized iron earth strip 30 x 5mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers of galvanized iron and connected to main switch/control board upto 7.5m away from the earth electrode etc., with and including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt around earth plate, excavation earth work, PCC chamber, RCC cover slab, watering pipe, wire mesh lugs, earth lead protection pipe 40mm bore, medium grade 7.5m long as applicable and as per plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 and all as specified and directed. (a) Excavation and earth work in any type of soil. (b) Drilling of holes in electrode (c) PCC pit in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (d) 40 mm thick Pre-cast RCC cover or reinforcement with 8mm TMT bars at 100mm c/c both ways with suitable handle. (e) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore ,medium grade. (f) 40mm nominal bore medium grade GI protection pipe upto 7.50 m long for protection of earthing lead. (g) Requisite quantity of charcoal and common salt. (h) Connection to earthing test point and testing on completion.
